It is a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, all inside the resort on the boardwalk. You will not need to cross any busy streets.

Light and bright spacious 2/2 condo located at the Terrace at the Pelican Beach Resort. Stunning 8th floor gulf and lagoon views from the interior and exterior of the unit.

The shared amenities of the Pelican Beach Resort and the Terrace are available including four pools, two hot tubs, tiki bar, cafe' & shop, tennis courts, two gyms, beach service, free Wi-Fi and more.

This unit has a rare, covered parking spot right by the elevator!

We take pride in the cleanliness of our condo.

The views are awesome 24/7 - with good or bad weather.

No third-party management company to deal with! You are in direct contact with the owners Mark and Melinda on their personal line available 24/7.

Please note you must be 25 years of age or older to book and your party can't exceed six people. An infant is considered a guest. This is a resort rule.

***This is a pet free resort. It's my understanding that emotional support animals are not required to be allowed by ADA laws. If so, you will need to search for other resorts if you must bring one.

The resort is a smoke free facility. Please, absolutely no smoking or vaping in the condo or on the balconies is allowed. Please be courteous.

Guest Access
The first time you arrive, the security guard will direct you to the front desk to get the required wristbands and a parking pass that covers the length of your stay.

Then, and for the rest of your stay, just show your credentials to the guard at the entry gate and go directly to your own private and free parking spot in the Terrace garage. You can access the nearby elevator to the 8th floor. No steps. Note that you will also have additional free parking in the outside lot. I've never seen the parking lot full.

Luggage carts are located on the first floor. We will send you a code for the front door entry to the condo.

The beach is a three-to-five-minute boardwalk with no crossing of streets. We provide a beach cart for your convenience. Beach service rentals with chairs and an umbrella are available during the season and for a fee. We recommend reserving them early in your stay to get the best location. Note there may be paddleboards and or kayak available as well.

A spacious multi-grill outside grilling area is down on the 1st floor next to the pool.

The very popular Big Kahuna's Water Park is across the street! If the no swimming red flags go up, the park is right there and ready and fun.

Very pleased with our stay. The condo was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the ocean view was beautiful! The owners were warm and hospitable throughout the experience. We will definitely be back!

We had excellent communication throughout the visit. Once we arrived we were amazed at the level of detail and care provided to make sure we had everything needed. It is beautifully decorated and a perfect location. It was also fully stocked including coffee, snacks and water bottles to get us comfortable before heading to the store. We enjoyed our visit so much we made sure to tell friends and family so they visit too.

This property was absolutely wonderful! The views from the balcony were amazing and the room was so clean and well decorated! All of the little extra touches were very much appreciated! We were within walking distance to some great restaurants and just a quick walk to the beach. We would highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to go back!

This is our 2nd time to visit this condo. It’s very clean with many extra amenities and little extras like baskets of things you might have forgotten including toothbrushes, sunscreen, deodorant. There’s also a basket with snacks and chocolates. We love coming in the Fall when less crowded.

The Perfect Vacay

The condo was perfect for my husband and I’s vacation! The place was equipped with everything we needed and more. The views were stunning and location was so close to everything. Perfect for beach getaway

I brought my daughter and her best friend to spend a few days for their spring break. The weather wasn’t perfect but the home and location were. The home had everything we needed and more. The view was amazing.

Excellent stay!

Mark's condo had everything we could have possibly needed. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, seasoning and condiments. Beds were comfortable and clean. The views from the balcony were amazing! I would highly recommended staying here.

A Spectacular Vacation Spot!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The check-in/out process was so easy. The property was *sparkling* clean. The walk to the beach was perfect, and manageable with our little ones. We appreciated all the beach amenities and kid-friendly amenities available. We all immediately felt right at home. The washer/dryer was a wonderful addition to our trip. Mark and Melinda were SO responsive and easy to work with. HIGHLY recommend!

Unit was clean with lots of extra touches. No need to purchase normal supplies. Appreciated how thoroughly stocked everything was! Walk to the beach was farther than anticipated but not over the top. Pool outside unit was closed due to being renovated but 3 other pools all near beach. Did not appreciate the beach view due to only being able to see a clear view of if you purchased a rental set up

Family condo in Destin, Florida

Great host and property! Family oriented with some games, toys, and beach toys. We loved the pool and hot tub in the evenings, close beach access for swimming in the day and crab-hunting at night. The property is within 5-10 minutes of a variety of delicious foods and fun activities for kids. I had technical issues communicating with the host through VRBO and he worked around that with me, which was great!

May getaway.

We loved the condo. Everything was perfect. The views from the balcony were gorgeous! Loved the parking spot close to the elevator! The pool was so nice and quick to get to! The walk to the beach was short and the walkway was nice! The only downfall was we didn’t know we could not put up a tent on the beach for our grand baby! The beach attendant was apologetic about it and gave us an umbrella for the day! Would definitely rent this condo again!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful condo

This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in, it was a short stroll through the complex to the beautiful beach - perfect for long walks. We found the owners excellent to work with, the check-in process was seamless, the condo was in immaculate condition, wonderful balcony views, and personal items that often get forgotten when packing were provided as well as snacks, condiments, and various kitchen items. The owners really have gone above and beyond to make this condo a "home away from home". We would not hesitate to stay here again. June

Pelican Beach Condo

We had a great stay! The condo was exactly as described. It’s in a great location and has a beautiful view. The wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided were amazing to have to take to the beach. It was probably about a 5 minute walk to the beach. You don’t have to use the walkway over the water to get to the beach which is what I originally thought from the pictures…there is a path with signs by the parking lot. There is also a crosswalk near the condo so we were able to walk to the Waterpark across the street. There are also shops and a few restaurants in walking distance. We were able to view the fireworks from our balcony which was fun. Parking space at the condo is right by the elevator which is nice. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with some snacks, condiments, and a few cleaning supplies. We also appreciated the basket of extras like toothbrush, toothpaste, travel sunscreen, etc. Our family had an amazing trip and Mark and Melinda were great hosts! Definitely recommend this condo!

I just spent the last week at this property and if I could give it 12 stars I would! Such a beautiful and inviting home as you walk in the front door. As I’ve stayed at Pelican Beach previously in the other two building by the ocean, there’s no comparison to this one. Yes, you might have a three minute walk to the beach, but the condo in itself would be worth a 10 minute walk! I brought so many things that you would normally need in a vacation rental to find out that everything I brought was already there for my convenience. All the special touches that Mark and Melinda do in this condo were certainly a pleasant surprise. Now let’s talk about the view….BEAUTIFUL! The complex was quiet and I never waited for the elevator or had to share it with anyone else, which wouldn’t have been a problem, but the other location is so much busier you could wait sometimes 5 minutes. Book your stay in this unit you will not be disappointed! Thank you Mark and Melinda for sharing your beautiful home!

As soon as we drove past all the Destin shops and restaurants and walked through the front door, our search for the perfect property was over!

The quality of the location, resort, and spacious unit is absolutely fabulous. The 24 foot balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and a lake. This property is unique in that you can also see the fireworks, the harbor, and the fishing fleet heading out through the Destin Pass all from the private balcony. There's just an incredible amount of things to do and see all around us.

Straight out expansive views of the ocean and lake. Because of the way this particular unit is situated, it also has views of the sunsets, fireworks, bridge and harbor, the fishing and tour boat activity in East Pass, and nigh-time city lights view.
You will probably appreciate the on-site security and the quiet low-density of the Terrace building. There are only seven units total on our 8th floor, and only two other units on our side of the building.
