Nye luksus notering byder på en smuk bugt udsigt - især de solnedgange, samt en kort gåtur til en afslappende Bayside cabana med grill, .pier, og stranden for at lancere en kajak. Eller brug samfunds private gangbro til en strand og følge med en dukkert i poolen.
Beliggende 5 minutter syd for Bethany og 5 minutter nord for Fenwick. Tæt på Ocean City, smukke Assateague Island, og en 20 minutters kørsel til Rehoboth. Placering er perfekt til shopping, restauranter, vandsport, fiskeri, cykling, gåture og bare slappe af.
     5BR hus har to master suites-- én på øverste etage har en utrolig udsigt og en luksus master badeværelse med boblebad og separat bruser. Alle værelser er smukt indrettede. Den store, åbne, gourmet køkken har granit bordplader og rustfrit apparater. Et godt sted at underholde venner og familie! Stor to-etagers medier værelse har 60 tommer TV / DVD. Hele huset stereolyd fra CD-afspiller og indsættes en yderligere tv'er føje til funktionerne.

Great Family Beach Location

This is a great property for family groups, with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, along with fantastic communal spaces. The location is very convenient to the beach and also to the community pool, and a short drive to the shops and restaurants in Ocean City, Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach. The property itself is well maintained, well stocked with kitchen items, new appliances and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces (my favorite was the hammock chairs on the screened in porch!). Owner was very responsive, helped when we had questions and actively solicited feedback. If we return to the area, this property would be at the top of our list-- thanks for a great stay!

Amazing!

Our host was wonderful, went above and beyond communicating and providing information. We had everything and more that you could need for a family vacation. Walking distance to beach. House was clean and beautiful. 10/10

Great beach stay

We love this location at the Beach and were very familiar with how convenient it was. This house was a great size and lots space to spread out. The pictures don't do it justice. Lower screened in porch is great and views are awesome. House has lots of games and puzzles for the kids and media room is awesome to segregate the kids ( : Lots of beach gear too. Definitely will stay again. Bev, the host, was also lovely. Thank you for letting us stay!

Family vacation 2021

This house was beautiful, so clean and provided all the essentials to make our stay memorable. Plenty of space to spread out and conveniently located to area attractions, but still peaceful.

The beach home was amazing with Bay views and lots of space to stretch out.

This was a very simple process. We hope to rent this home again next year.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view

This is far and away the best beach place we have ever rented! This house has everything — porches with amazing view on the bay on all 3 levels of the house, a media room with a huge comfy couch and massive TV, and 5 spacious bedrooms (3 of which have a private bathroom)! Plus you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes!

Great for a physically-isolated vacation

Wonderful home, very close to the bay, the beach, and kayak rentals. Plenty of nearby grocery stores and restaurants with curbside delivery. Even Tropical Storm Isaias didn't degrade our stay. Only one minor disappointment - the screens around the porch were torn so it wasn't really "screened-in", but we spent most of our time on the open deck anyway. No bug problems when we were there. Elevator simplified loading and unloading our things. Private areas for our teens to get away and a great well stocked kitchen. You are missing out if you do not choose this home away from home.

Great Stay

The property and owner are both incredible. We had a great stay in this wonderful and clean property in Salt Meadows on Fenwick Island. Truly massive space and well-equipped with nearly everything you would need. Check-in and check-out were easy and the neighborhood is easy biking distance to Bethany Beach and the town of Fenwick Island. Only things to note are that: 1) You will need to cross highway to get to beach. Wasn't a problem for us but others might not be as comfortable. 2) You need to bring your own sheets for the beds (or use a local rental service like we did). Overall a tremendous stay and we definitely hope to be back.

Don't Believe the Write-Up - It's BETTER!!!!

Everything said in the property description is true. The reality, though, is that everything is BETTER than described!! The setup is perfect for an extended family group or group of friends - plenty of space to gather, and plenty of places to disappear for a while. The beach is probably the best I've experienced in the Rehoboth to OC stretch in decades - quiet, not crowded, wide and totally enjoyable. Crossing the highway sounded daunting, but it wasn't a problem at all (even during one of the season's busiest weeks). The house felt like "home" right away - we never felt like strangers nor unwelcome. Well-stocked, some (pleasant) surprises and it looks like new. Pictures don't (and can't) capture the size and comfortable atmosphere of the main floor, which combines the kitchen, dining area and living room - and house-wide sliding doors to a large wrap around deck overlooking the marsh grasses and the bay. The perfect place to spend the morning before that day's adventures. That floor also features a well-equipped and inviting media room which has to be seen to be believed. I can't say enough good things about the place, the location or the owner. One warning, however: you WILL be sad to leave, so prepare yourself and enjoy every minute you have in this beautiful place.

Thanksgiving at the beach was an awesome adventure! Each of my Children's families had their own level which allow us to be both apart and together! The owner was easy to work with and made our stay extra special.

Stayed at Salt Meadows with family over Memorial Day weekend. The unit was extremely well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful views of the bay from porches on several levels. Nice porch furniture, which was appreciated. There's an elevator which works well for the upper levels - on humid days did not seem to want to work from the lowest level. The decor inside is really nice for a rental. Good pressure in the showers. Very convenient location. Easy access to the beach & plenty of beach/pool items available for your use. Owner was very easy to work with. There are 3 parking spaces with the unit; we were pleasantly surprised that 2 small cars can fit in the garage. All agreed we would like to go back again next year!

Beautiful Townhouse, Quiet Peaceful location, and an excellent owner.

We had wonderful time at the Salt Meadows townhouse. The development is located in a quiet area across the street from the beach, the pool is a short walk from the town house. The location is great because it is located directly between Ocean City, MD and Rehoboth, DE. The house is beautifully decorated and is well stocked. When we arrived we were easily able to get all of our luggage in using the Elevator. The elevator was also convenient for my mother who has trouble climbing stairs, she was able to use the elevator after a long day to go up to her room. The 5 bedrooms are generous sized rooms, 3 have bathrooms attached to them, there is one full bath on the main floor with the kitchen, media room, den. We were a family of 6 adults, and 2, and with all the room we never felt like we are on top each other. Everyone was able to find a moment of peace and quiet inside the house or on one of the decks located on each floor. The kitchen, den, dining room floor is definitely the heart of this house. The layout for this floor is open which is beautiful, it is like a page out of Better Home and Gardens. As a family we spent most of our time around this floor, this floor also has the media room which was great for the one or two rainy days. The Decks have a nice view of the bay, and there is a dock that you can walk to and there is a small picnic area. We walked down and took a few pictures but did not spend much time there. We did meet some of our neighbors who were crabbing and they showed us the 8 crabs (small medium sized) that they caught. The pool area was nice, it never got too crowded during the time that we were on vacation. The beach is located across the street, the street is very busy and you have to be careful crossing the street. We would load up the car, and dropped everyone and the chairs/toys to the beach then walk over. The beach was nice, but we spent most of the time in the pool. The area is great for bike riding, its a 10-12 mile bike ride to the end of the ocean city, MD, but a short 1.5 mile bike ride into town, and coastal Kayak is a half mile away. The owner of the property, Beverly was awesome to work with, she was helpful answering all our questions via email prior to the vacation. This was our family's first time using Homeaway.com, so it was great to work with someone who was so helpful. Beverly thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to have a wonderful family vacation at your townhouse.

Wonderful Stay in Schryver home in Salt Meadows

Our family enjoyed a fabulous reunion over the Memorial Day weekend at the Schryver's amazing beach home in Salt Meadows! We have been staying in beach homes at Myrtle Beach, OCMD, OCNJ and others but found a gem in this home in Fenwick Island. It is the ideal location between the bay and ocean with breathtaking views and 5 minute walking time to both. Directly across route 1, the pathway to the ocean is almost mystical as it winds through trees and emerges at the foot of a brand new set of stairs to cross the dunes! The beach there is very quiet...no lifeguards but is patrolled and DOGS ARE ALLOWED. (There is a constant show between folks walking their beloved pets and the MANY DOLPHINS right in front of us in the ocean!) :-) Our family has been purchasing surf fishing permits to drive right onto the beach with all our chairs and equipment and give our octogenarian family members special beach delivery. My hubby loves swimming in the pool for exercise each day while I love walking back and forth to the pier and enjoying the gorgeous bay views and sunsets. The home itself really could not be any more beautiful or comfortable & the elevator makes unloading and packing so easy. The décor is fabulous with many tastefully beach themed items and countless wonderful prints, paintings, maps and books appropriate to the area. The kitchen is beautiful with it's granite countertops and state of the art appliances and is very well appointed with all the extras. The beds are top of the line & very comfortable and we think it is the BEST set up in all of Salt Meadows with 2 Kings, 3 Queens, 4 FULL baths and doors for privacy on both the 5th bedroom AND the family room. (The extras such as paper products, and even a keyless garage door opener combination pad, make our stay even easier!) I hesitate to report all the great things about this treasure, because I am afraid it will be overbooked haha! We sincerely thank Tom & Beverly for graciously opening their home for rent as it is perfect for our 3 children and their spouses all of whom married recently. This is the 4th year for our family to make treasured memories in the Schryver home and we look forward to adding grandchildren and returning as long as it is available in the future!
