We really enjoyed Ashley’s house. It was clean and fully appointed. Excellent space for two couples, even without using the lower level. Loved the outdoor space too. The only drawback may be few dining choices in town, but there is a reasonable market just a short walk away, and restaurants 10 mins or so away by car. Overall, it was a great place for access to both Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks.

Beautiful home with charm! Lots of upgrades. Ashley was welcoming and responded quickly to questions. The information book in the house was helpful. Backyard was a nice retreat after running around National Parks all day!

If you are looking for a comfortable, newly renovated home this is your place! Every little detailed was well planned and the backyard is full of games, hammocks, firepit & more. Great place to hang out after a long day at the parks! We loved it!

Ashley is an outstanding host with a wonderful house. The inside and outside are exceptionally clean and well staged. The property is ideally situated between Zion and Bryce. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to book with Ashley next year.

Amazing place to stay! Wish we had more time to hang out in the backyard but we were so busy with our adventures at Zion! The downstairs game room was a great space for us to hang out in! The house was super spacious and updated. Definitely recommend this spot!

44 West is amazing, this is by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Very clean, well laid out. It was just my wife and I but this house begs for multiple groups or big family’s. The house has two masters and a basement bedroom with twin beds and a play room for ping pong and more. The kitchen had everything you could want to make any dinner you would want. But the best is the front porch for sunsets, along with the backyard for sunrise. Oh and the side yard with the fire pit not to mention the Mountain View’s out every window. We only had three days but we’ll be back. I have to also mention the little nine hole golf course within a few miles along with the Belly of the Dragon and the Red Hollow Canyon hikes. Lots to do which is while we be back. Thank you for sharing your grandparents home, they would be extremely happy with what you have done.

Awesome property and location.

We had a great stay at this awesome property that is only 20 mins from the Zion park entrance. I highly recommend it for anyone planning to visit Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon North Rim.

This was the best house we have ever stayed in! The home was so well thought out and every necessity was there...and then more. Every detail of the home was laid out so well. We enjoyed the nook, the backyard, the basement area. My son (22) and his girlfriend spent relaxing time reading in the hammocks and my husband and I loved sitting on the porch. I would have stayed there forever!

Great trip!

My dad and I came to the area for a painting workshop. This property was perfect for us. Although it’s a tiny town, there was a super cute coffee shop 2 doors down that you couldn’t beat! If you’re traveling to the area I would definitely recommend this spot.

44 West is spectacular! Ashely is by far the best hostess I have ever dealt with. From the very beginning, she helped me and answered all of my questions and there were a lot, the property was gorgeous and very clean. The washer and dryer were a huge plus as well. The layout of the home is perfect for a family so people have their privacy in space. Ashley was extremely helpful from beginning to end of our vacation. The views from the home are breathtaking. There are so many games to play and precious memories to be made. If ever we head back to Utah. We will definitely be staying here again.I feel like it’s a central point to stay as we went to Lower Antelope canyon, Bryce and Zion all in 6 days! Peaceful town with genuine people who are there to help you.

Wonderful stay!

What a wonderful property!! Extremely comfortable, so clean and clearly well taken care of and loved. It really was like home, but better, and had everything we needed. Plus, was in a perfect location for multiple day adventures to all the nearby parks and sites. Ashley was a great host and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Bryce Canyon get a way

We absolutely loved this property !! So clean and modern! Spacious and quiet ! And the BEST coffee / breakfast shop half a block a way !! We will be back !!

Great location

This house was a gret place to stay. The house was clean and comfortable. We will be staying at this location while in southern Utah again. I would recommend a few more dish clothes and dish towels be as stocked in the house to allow for clean up. Overall this was an A+ location and experience.

Best stay : )

Absolutely beautiful home in a perfect location between Zion and Bryce. It is very big, with bonus rooms, and the owners have thought of absolutely every possible need. Everything is lovely and high quality, and it is clear that great love went into setting up the home. The owner is kind and flexible - all around perfect.

Vacation

This cozy home was perfect for our family, the house was spotless when we arrived, had many items to get us started with our vacation, Ashley was always available to answer questions we had and the home was in a good location for us to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The town is small, but we weren’t far from Kanab to get items we needed

A charming bungalow between Bryce and Zion.

We chose this rental because we planned to visit both Bryce and Zion, and the location was perfect. The home was spacious, clean, and lovingly remodeled. This rental had everything we needed. The house is on the main thoroughfare of Orderville, which is a bit of a sleepy town, but we were able to get necessities by walking down the street. There is a charming coffee shop a few doors down!

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful time visiting Utah . We visited Bryce and Zion which are both within an hour if the property. The home was very beautiful and well maintained. It had everything we needed for our family of 6 . The host responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

The perfect spot for your Zion, Bryce and Kanab experience!

When we came to Zion a year and a half ago, we stayed close to this home but it did not look like it does today! When we found it this time, we were shocked at how great it looked in the photos and had to book it. The pictures don’t lie. This home is gorgeous! It was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. And the best part is that it is next door to our favorite coffee spot which is what made us look for a place in that area. We will be staying there again in the future!

Great Location

We were centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. Zion, Grand Canyon & Bryce. The house was freshly remodeled, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only negative I can say is that a neighbor dog barked most of the night which would wake us up and I am not sure is within the control of the host. Even though it was a busy road, there was virtually no traffic after dark. The host sent us notice of an event that was happening in town one night which we could have enjoyed if we had not been so tired from hiking all day.
