We had a wonderful experience in Marco Island! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and located in such a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed how quiet and relaxing the area was, while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. The location made it easy to enjoy the beach, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Marco Island!

The House was amazing, the hosts are super helpful and friendly, the location is amazing. It truly is one of the only houses we’ve rented on Vrbo that we all agreed we’d be back to, not just to the island, but to THAT house. We rented kayaks and the kayak launch was so great for easy in and out. The pool is on the south side of the house so there is always plenty of sunshine for swimming. The house has lots of sitting areas but we never felt too far away from each other. My younger kids loved the bunk room and the gaming chairs. The details of the house are accurate, the kitchen really is super well stocked, the beds really are comfortable, it’s just as it is described which isn’t always the case with rentals. We’ll be back, as soon as possible. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family and friends enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this property. Location is great for walking to beach access, restaruants, etc.. The house is well appointed and the kitchen has all the amenties needed. Host was responsive and excellent to work with. We would go back for sure.

Everything was perfect! The home was clean, spacious and well stocked. The amazing location was perfect for walking to dinner, the beach, and mini golf. The large back patio was great for evening card games and hanging out with the family. The dock was ideal for our rented boat, kayaks and paddle board. Definitely looking forward to a return visit!

Beautiful Property

We were very happy with everything with this house. The house itself was perfect for our group, it was spacious and beautiful inside and out. The location was great even if a bit farther than we wanted to walk to the beach. They had everything we needed for our stay and time at the beach! The hosts were very responsive if we had questions leading up to the stay and while we were there. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay in June 2025. Beautiful layout of the home with all the amenities needed and close to everything. Having the boat lift is a must for our vacation rentals as we always bring out boat. We had a few encounters with Dolphins on the canal in the am while having our coffee. Great communication with Erik, we are looking forward to staying again the future. Could not have asked for a better vacation for our 3 generation get together.

Loved this property – very clean & well appointed – went kayaking every day

We had a wonderful week on Marco Island and loved this house ! Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the JW Marriott etc. We came here for kayaking (brought our own kayaks) and the jet ski lift was so very helpful to go out on the water every morning, exactly what we were looking for. Erik (owner) was responsive and super friendly answering any question. We recommend this property and definitely consider returning one day. Thank you Erik for making our vacation unforgettable!

A beautiful house with incredible property managers!

We loved our week in Marco and the house setup made this such a perfect vacation. Any time we had questions or needs (even during a tropical storm) all of those needs were met in a matter of minutes. The owners were so helpful and responsive and allowed for our vacation to be a success. The house was clean and full of amenities and the location was perfect (quiet neighborhood only a few minutes walk to restaurants and the beach). We would definitely stay again!

We took our adult children, adult grandchildren and their children on our vacation in this home. All loved the swimming pool, and it was great to have the pool screened to keep out any mosquitos, and other animals. In fact, we like the fact that it provides some reduction to the sun rays.The home's air conditioner kept the whole house comfortable. Only negative is the water heater was set too cool as remarked by all of our family members. I will suggest to the host to increase the temperature by at least 10 degrees F.We rented the pontoon boat located on the dock in the back of the property. The boat rental agent was very helpful with a navigational map, safety equipment instructions, and suggesting we use Apple Maps. We rented 3 days but felt we accomplished our site seeing goals in 2 days. The boat took us to beach areas that were more difficult to access from within Marco Island by car or foot. While boating, we rescued a Gopher Tortoise from the saltwater bay and afterward took it to the animal hospital. Once it is certain it will be ok, it will be returned the area where it was found. Bicycles were in great shape, and plenty of pool play equipment. The pool was crystal clear, great temperature, and well maintained.We bicycled around the neighborhood. The streets are quiet and cycling is allowed on the sidewalks. We were even able to cycle to publix to pick up a few items.Th
