Wow! Over udsigten fra ny 4 seng / 4. 5 bad to etagers hjem w pool & spa

Vores hjem blev bygget i 1998 og modtog en $ 400.000 plus renovering, som blev afsluttet oktober 2016. Hvert badeværelse blev taget til hænderne, nyt køkken, nyt pool, nyt boblebad, nyt tag, nyt billedvindue screenet Lanai, nyt ...... Selv ned til hver baseboard, stik, vægafbryder, dørknap og hængsel. Alle møbler er også nye og udvalgt af top indretningsarkitekt i SW Fl.

Tre 65 tommer hi-definition tv i stuen, soveværelse og opholdsstuen ovenpå. Hver af de andre 3 soveværelser har 50 tommer fladskærme.

Pool har et boblebad, der let passer til 8 personer med hvad der uden tvivl er den fineste udsigt til solnedgang i Florida. Pool betjenes let af $ 2.500 Aqualink-system med panel i stuen.

Ny flydebog tilføjet til let brug af kajakker og paddle board. Hver bekvemmelighed leveret inklusive kølere, fiskestænger, strandstole, parasoller og 4+ splinterny cykler. Du ønsker ikke at forlade selv for at gå til STRAND!

Beautiful, serene sunsets!

This property met all of our expectations. The home is beautiful and has everything necessary for a wonderful vacation. This was our first time to Marco and this home helped make it a great one. The host was extremely responsive. We will return!

Wonderful Vacation!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the water view from the swimming pool is stunning!! We stayed for a week and were able to enjoy the location as it is 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. The home was well-appointed and communication with the manager was great - Highly recommend!!

Family Getaway

This house was the perfect stay for us and our adult children. Everyone had privacy, but plenty of space to gather as a family too. The amenities were fantastic, including bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear, beach chairs, etc. The pool and hot tub were great and we were so impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the property. We highly recommend!

20th anniversary celebration with friends

This beautiful house with a pool on the canal was a perfect landing spot for our anniversary getaway with friends. We renewed our vows on the dock even! Each couple had their own bedroom and a shower/ bathroom. We made amazing memories in the pool area. Great place to land in between visits to the beach! The view was incredible for sunset. I attached a couple photos right from the house dock. We fished off the dock and we all used the coolers, chairs, fishing gear!! Book it right now! Would go again.

Perfect Family Vacation

Every aspect of our experience was near perfect from check-in to check-out. Our family travels quite a bit and everyone agrees that this was the best property ever! The house is clean, fresh, well-appointed and a perfect layout for a large family. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks and other toys. We had everything needed for a family beach vacation. Carter is super easy to work with. Book this house - you won't be disappointed!

Everything you need!

This house is exactly like the description on the Vrbo website. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, all of the bedrooms, very comfortable, plenty of towels and bicycles! Everything you needed for the beach, such as chairs and umbrellas and coolers and toys. The views were fantastic in the evening at sunset and in the morning. Whoever decorated this home, created a tasteful, relaxing environment for vacationers.

Best house on Marco

Truly one of a kind! Everything was exceptional and such an easy process. Also we’re able to see an enormous amount of wild life both aquatic and land animals. Such a wonderful experience and at times chose to stay at the house versus going out. Would totally stay here again also if you think it’s not kid friendly it was perfect. We had 3 kids all under 5 and totally enjoyed the space.

A lovely visit with friends and family!

The property is as described. A wonderful setting on the canal with lots of dolphin activity for hours of enjoyment. The beach is a short drive away with easy access through the south beach lot, the turtle lot, or a hike from tiger tail. The property owner is on top of things in a good way, and all the amenities you’ll need are readily available in the house. We even added a couple footballs to the beach toys. We found one palmetto bug upstairs and noticed some of the bathroom exhaust vents could use a vacuuming but otherwise the house was clean. I’d recommend the home and Harbor View rentals to anyone looking to stay on the island.

The house was pretty and the view was great. Few things were issues getting to the beach was further then thought. The house had ants everywhere. The air conditioner had a hard time cooling house off. The refrigerator was leaking everywhere. The property owner got someone out right away for the ants and little items. However the refrigerator was not addressed the cleaning staff they used didn’t clean silverware or pots and pans. All of that was dirty which attracted the ants. We had to wash everything because it was all gross. Ant were even in dishwasher. I think homeowner needs to address that they aren’t cleaning properly for them.

Stunning Home with Unbeatable Views – Felt Like Coming Home!As former Marco Island residents returning for a family vacation, this home was everything we hoped for—and more. Beautifully renovated, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished, it had plenty of space for our family of six (2 adults, 4 kids) and felt instantly welcoming.The southwest-facing pool and spa were the stars of the show—sun all day and unforgettable sunset views over the wide water. We loved the dock, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, and bikes, which gave us endless ways to enjoy the island. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the tech features (TVs, pool controls, etc.) were top-notch.After living on Marco for 15 years, this place brought back all the best memories—it truly felt like home. We’ll be back next summer and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxury stay in a perfect location.

Just a beautiful home to relax with family. Perfect layout of the home provides privacy, when needed and such a spacious group area. We feel that we enjoyed all the special things offered (paddle boarding, kayaking, and bike riding).The pool was so clean and the hot tub was very nice.

Amazing marco property

Extended Family Vacation

Beautiful home and neighborhood! We had a group of 8 from 6 years to Adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. Location on the water was perfect and sunsets were beautiful to end our days. Restaurant, stores, activities, everything we needed always seemed to just be 10 min or less away. Pool was perfect size and well maintained. Neighborhood was quiet and it was so nice to have bikes, kayaks and paddle boards to use. Fishing from the dock was a hit too. It was a great experience for our first time in Marco and will definitely be back!

A beautiful home located on a beautiful and quiet SW Florida canal. An absolutely wonderful vacation for our entire family! Lots of great fishing, beach time (including great shelling opportunities if you're so inclined) within minutes of the home and finally, the ultimate luxury of returning to the home's very own pool. A perfect summer escape for all!

Great Week in Marco!

Stayed at this location for one week with family and friends to celebrate an engagement! The house was the perfect size for 8 adults- well appointed and lots of space! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week to cook and entertain- house was very clean, great location and spectacular views! Would definitely book again!

Family Vacay

We just spent a great week on Marco & have great things to say about this vacation home. The space was lovely & there was plenty of room for our family of 8. Loved having a washing machine. Since beach parking can be tricky, my husband would drop us off (along with all of our chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc) Then he would go back to the house, jump on a bike & join us. He would do the reverse process at the end of the day. The pool was awesome & the kids had a blast fishing off of the dock. We were there the middle of May, so beginning of the slow season. We didn't have any trouble making dinner reservations. The bikes were the only thing that caused us any problems. A couple were needing some maintenance...we did contact the office & they said they would take care of it. We LOVED "wake up Marco" for our morning coffee needs. Doreen's was great for brunch. Fin was a fabulous dinner night out. Other highlights were Island Gypsy & the tiki bar at the JW Marriott. We spent one afternoon riding jet skis with the "wow! Marco Island Jet Ski Company...would absolutely recommend as the were a blast to hang out with & took lots of great photos of our group (at no additional cost:))))

Absolutely amazing place!

This was a gorgeous place! So impressed everything about it. Also couldn’t believe how great we all slept! The beds were so comfortable and that’s not always the case. So satisfied! Loved the pool and jacuzzi! So much room and such a classy place!

$400,000 renovation completed in October 2016. Everything and I do mean every single thing is NEW! Beds are top of the line, pool/hot tub feature best views on Marco and the sunsets are to die for.

The views from our home are literally some of the finest in Florida. During the day you have a quarter mile of open water. At night, you have all of the high rises along the beach lighting up the horizon. It is the best of both worlds! We face West so the back of the house captures the essence of every sunset perfectly. as you enjoy a swim in the pool, a dip in the hot tub, fishing from the lite dock or a cold beverage to end a perfect day!

The house sits on Landmark Bay (the largest open and deepest body of water within Marco Island) so there is no house looking in at you. Complete privacy out the back.!
