On the water, sleeps up to 12 people, with pool!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Your front door is steps from the beach or the pool/hot tub (open may long until end of sept). Have some fun in the shared games area or get your workout on in the gym. Boat slip rental also available upon request!! You will certainly enjoy your morning coffee in the executive master suite equipped with espresso station and mini bar. Each bedroom has its own 4 piece ensuite for your privacy!

Our town house unit is located steps from the pool and about 100 feet to the beach. Inside on the main level is the queen suite along with the living room, dining room, kitchen. and half bath. There is also an additional seating space overlooking the lake with a pull out sofa bed.

Upstairs is full laundry services, a small desk area and two additional bedrooms. The executive king master suite with its own balcony. Equipped with it's own mini fridge and espresso station, you never have to leave! Then the bunk room is equipped to hold ALL the kiddos :) Two sets of bunks with doubles on the bottom and singles on the top, one futon and 3 single floor mattresses. This property truly has room for all. And better yet, each bedroom has its own 4 piece bathroom.

Please note we only allow up to 6 adults. An additional 6 children are also permitted and allowed. Please let us know upon booking how many adults and children will be visiting.

Property also has a games area with ping pong, pool and foosball as well as a full gym. Pool and hot tub are seasonal from May long weekend until the end of September.

- No smoking inside or within 10 feet from any entrance
- This is our family vacation home. We ask that it be treated with respect and as if it is your own.
- Please eat in only the dining areas and outside

HOT TUB & POOL
- The community hot tub and pool is out side our door within about 30 steps.
- We supply beach towels. Please only take the beach towels out to the pool or beach.
- Pool closes at 10pm. If caught in later it is a $250 fine.

PETS
- Your furry friends are welcome in our property at the additional pet charge of $150 per visit. They must stay off of the furniture and beds and not left alone in the house. - We do not have a yard so pets will have to be fully supervised and leashed when outside.

PARKING
- There is one dedicated unit stall plus one additional parking pass (please return parking pass before departure).

CHECK IN
- Is at 4pm. You will be provided your smart code just before checkin.

CHECK OUT
- Checkout is at 10am at which time the smart lock will lock and your code will no longer be active.
- ALL garbage, perishable food and recycling is to be removed and placed in bins in the garage. There is a door to the right of the exit where the garbage is kept . There will be an additional cleaning fee charged if any garbage remains.
- Please wash all dishes and/or start the dishwasher.
- Do not strip the bedding
- Place all used towels in the bathtubs
- Start at minimum one load of towels in the laundry
- Ensure umbrella is down on the patio
- Close and lock all windows
- Turn all lights off
