The Space:

This exquisite villa boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is situated in the center of South Beach. A secluded private beach is just a quick 50-step stroll away. Additionally, guests have access to a shared pool that is conveniently located right near the front entrance. 1456 Sound Villas is situated between Calibogue Sound and the Braddock Cove inlet in South Beach and you are able to take in the panoramic ocean views of the Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island from either of the two private outdoor spaces. The sliding glass doors from the balcony open to the lower level patio where you can barbeque on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the outdoor table or enjoy the second-story deck offers another table beneath an umbrella and more stunning views of the sound. The private beach is just a few feet away, and it's easy to walk to South Beach Marina and the South Beach Racquet Club. Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
