Dappled sunlight. Fresh forest air. Alternately, the nearest town is just 10 minutes away, with more than enough shopping choices for whatever you might need. The coastal beauty of Wells, Kennebunk, and York is less than a half hour and Portland is less than an hour away.
The space
The house belongs to a 15 acre wooded lot, on a dirt road, with a lake across the street.
Guest access
Guests will have the house to themselves, which is primarily the 1st floor, with laundry facilities in the basement. There is a barn/garage on the property which is not accessible to guests.
