Clean, spacious, modern, and very comfy! Minor glitch on check in when vrbo sent us to wrong house! Sunset responded immediately to phone call and quickly directed us to the correct home. 2 blocks to beach in quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to main avenue in manzanita. Checked all our boxes!

Great location

We really enjoyed this property. It was a great location. Easy walk to the beach and the little restaurants. Perfect if you have kids because when they get sick of the beach you can go take a break, and then easily go back out when they have recharged!

A Delightful Month on the Coast

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Valentines house. House was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. You can see the ocean from the house and it was a quick less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The communication with the property manager was also great. We didn’t need any help but knew how to reach out if we did. Overall, great stay and look forward to visiting again.

Manzanita get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Valentine's House is in a great location. Only 4 blocks from Laneda,the main drag. We had sun on Friday! You can see the ocean waves from the balcony. It was very relaxing sitting in the sun listening to the ocean Friday afternoon. Everything was very clean and in working condition. I had to call the office twice during our stay and they came by quickly to help. They showed us how to open the lock and the trick to locking the back door. The house is set up nicely. The only suggestion is that they might want to get a new coffee maker.

We loved the couches being updated and would recommend additional updates to a couple of things. A gas fireplace would be much more enjoyable and less messy. New carpeting or at least a thorough deep cleaning of the carpet. In addition a bidet on one of the toilets would be nice.

This is one of the better equipped properties at which we have stayed, w/plenty of paper supplies, towels, plastics, laundry and dish soap. The walk into the village and to the beach is easy and flat. "Fresh Market" is a short drive for groceries. The restaurants downtown are busy but tasty. We enjoyed our stay here.
