We enjoyed our stay at this tiny cottage. I loved the outdoor shower and the cool sea breeze sitting outside in the morning and evenings. It was great for our first visit to the Cape!

We had an amazing week at this cottage in Chase’s Ocean Grove. The cottage was clean, stocked with linens, toiletries, and more. Air conditioned and just steps from the beach, there’s not much more you could ask for. Communication was the host was great!

Location was perfect! We stayed with 2 small children so the size was just fine but note it is quite small- there is not a ton of room to put your luggage. Would love to return especially without rain.

We loved our stay at this cute little beach cottage! The best quality is how close it is to the private beach, it takes just a couple minutes to walk to the beach and it’s easy to get a spot since it’s private. It’s a very cutely decorated beach bungalow and everything was clean and neat. The main bedroom bed is a little squeaky, but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. This beach house is also so close to restaurants, ice cream, and all sorts of fun stuff. Overall a really great place to stay!

We stayed at this lovely cottage for a wedding at the Pelham House resort, which is very close. Great food in walking easy driving distance. The beach was perfect for my 2.5 y/o daughter.

Good family vacation

I stayed here with my wife and two young kids (6,4) and we had a wonderful time. The space was great and the house was a perfect size for us. It was just a short walk over to the beach and the area has plenty of restaurants and things to do as a family within a quick drive. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful location! We loved being within walking distance to both private and public beaches. The cottage was thoughtfully designed to maximize the use of its small space, making it feel cozy yet functional. The outdoor shower was a great touch after long beach days, and we really appreciated the beach supplies provided—chairs, a kite, sand toys, and an umbrella. It was also just a short drive to local activities and restaurants, which made exploring the area easy and convenient.

Good stay with the family

Great beach cottage. Comes with everything you’d need and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Owner is very responsive. Only thing is the mattress in the full bed should be replaced as it sags a little and the springs make noise, but I would recommend to anyone.

Perfect location for our 40th anniversary celebration. Walking in the beachfront community was great for our step count. The one suggestion I would make is to make simple upgrades to the outside of the property for additional relaxation away from the ocean. The unit is small yet comfortable and dealing with the owner with the question or 2 we had was very pleasant and she always responded quickly.
View down the beachfront about 350 ft from cottage front.

Everything matched the listing perfectly! Great spot across the street from the beach. No issues at all getting a spot there. We didn't need anything at all from Elizabeth as everything we needed was there! Near restaurants and walking distance to ice cream! Would stay here again.
