Just a short 4 minute walk to the beach, this iconic Cape Cod beach cottage sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. Just put on your flip flops, grab your beach bag and walk 2/10 mile to Sea Street Beach and spend the day! As this property is only steps from the beach, you won't have to venture far to breathe in that relaxing ocean air.

Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds

The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and private balcony deck; there are two bedrooms downstairs - one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. The bedrooms have plenty of closets and storage space for everything you've packed!

Kick back in the living room on the comfy couch large enough to accommodate your whole family and enjoy making dinner in the newly remodeled kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, and everything you need to whip up an amazing meal at the end of the day! The back deck has plenty of room to hang out and there's a gas grill for your iconic summer Cape BBQ. And, once you're home from the beach, wash off in the large outdoor shower.

This cottage is steps to the Pelham House Resort where you can listen to live music, enjoy a delicious meal on the rooftop deck or sip a cocktail by a firepit. If you want to explore other beaches nearby you can venture to Glendon Road Beach, Haigis Beach, Raycroft beach and others!

Great eats nearby include Sundae School Ice Cream, Ocean House, Oyster Company, Woolfies Bakery, and Summer Shanty. Need an activity other than dipping your toes in the sand? Head out to Sea View Park and Playground, rent a kayak/canoe/paddle board at Cape Cod Waterways, bump around in Cartwheels Go-Karts, or enjoy batting cages and zip lining at Grand Slam Entertainment. Let the kids blow off steam at the Cape Cod Inflatable Park, fly high at Dennis Parasailing & Jet Ski, go for a sail with Pirate Adventures, or have an adult getaway at First Crush Winery.

So comfy and cozy. This was charming and exactly what we needed. Fairly central to everything, with all the convenience of home, and literally steps from the beach. Would book again!

Comfortable stay, amazing location!

House was just as described. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Amazing location, maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach if that. Owner was very responsive. We had the best time!

A sweet, comfortable house with modern kitchen and AC & within a short walk to the beach.

Comfortable and well equipped house where my family from all the world gathered with me for a week. I would certainly rent this house again.

We stayed here while attending a wedding at the Pelham House Resort, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was unbeatable—just a block from the resort and steps away from charming shops and local spots. The house itself was absolutely adorable, exactly like the photos, and spotlessly clean. Amy was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and super easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for the perfect beach house in Dennis, this is it. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

This property is just a short walk to the beach and has all the amenities of home. It was perfect for my young family (4 and 6 years old) with days on the beach and cooking dinners at the house. Only thing to caution is the hot water is very hot! This was a bonus when washing dishes, but to be aware and warn young children before washing hands.

Charming cozy cottage

We stayed for 4 days and cottage worked wonderfully for all 3 generations. It has all amenities except beach related toys and towels. But there is lots of local stores for those. It is very thoughtfully setup and appointed. Pictures and description are accurate. It really is that nice. The owners have great communications and provide an amazing guide of local places to visit, shop at and eat at. Really helpful.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The home is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to grocery stores, ample dining options and many other conveniences. Thank you!!

We initially met through a mutual friend on a blind date. After our first date in March of 2014, we were both pretty bored with each other! However, our friend forced us to go out one more time. Apparently, she knew something we didn't. About halfway through our second date, we were hooked and we’ve been laughing together since.

In March of 2016 we got married at LaBelle Winery in New Hampshire. We’re both from the Boston area so having a place on the Cape is a dream come true. We bought our first Cape Cod house in Provincetown in 2016 and had a ton of fun decorating “Happy Ours on Atlantic.” We had everything painted, hung some phrases we displayed at our wedding, and purchased some local art to add some warmth to the home. We are thrilled to have purchased this second home on the Cape in Dennis Port, and we are excited to share it with you!

We live in Concord, MA where Julie works in healthcare sales and Amy is a physics and engineering teacher at an independent high school. We love the life we've built together and it’s made complete with our two senior dogs – a black cocker spaniel (Tucker) and a rescue cockapoo (Hershey). When we have free time, we love trying new restaurants and travelling. Our recent trips include Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia and Austria, and we are always plotting our next adventure. We can't wait for many more years of travel together to foreign and nearby lands.
