Clean, spacious home that is incredibly close to the beach. A wonderful place to spend family time during the summer. But, don’t forget linens. Dina was easy to connect with. I recommend this home wholeheartedly.

This was a perfect place for our family of 5. Easy walking to the beach and biking to fun things nearby! Loved the proximity to the seafood market and swan river for paddling. Kitchen was small but so well stocked it was great to cook some nice meals in. Huge bonus having the wagon and beach chairs so we didn’t have to fit those into our overpacked car! We will be back, thank you!!!

Two Buoys is our favorite Cape Cod rental of all time, and we’ve been renting on the Cape for 21 summers!! The house is spotless when you arrive, the air conditioners in the bedrooms keep the whole cottage cool, and the kitchen is actually big enough for our whole family of six to eat in (as well as having everything you need)! And you can’t beat the location!! Easy walk to the beach with cart, chairs, boogie boards,, etc provided! The hosts are super responsive and get back to you quickly if you have any questions:) We love Two Buoys and look forward to our next stay!!

Perfect family getaway!

We loved our stay at “two buoys” — the location is perfect, especially for a family as it’s so close to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and we slept well, with the neighborhood being quiet in the evenings. The patio and yard alike were beloved for corn hole and meals outside. An adorable cottage where we made sweet memories!

Great Family Home

We had a great stay. The location was very close to the beach and plenty of things to do in the area. The street is quiet and the kids rode scooters up and down without issue. The house itself had all we needed and was very clean. Would be great to stay again next year.

Perfect Cape Home

Really enjoyed this property! Short distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Spacious private back yard, great outdoor seating for meals. Inside is well appointed. The AC units in the bedrooms for the really hot days was a bonus. Definitely will rent again.

Very nice stay

The home was clean and as pictured in the listing. Communication was easy. The AC worked great and the beds were comfy. Loved how close to the beach it was and that we could walk to get ice cream. Also loved that there was a beach cart and toys etc. The yard was perfect for our toddler. Lots of birds and bunnies.

Great Stay in Dennis

Our family of four had a great stay in Dennis. House was very clean and very well equipped. More than enough room for all of us. Beach is a block away - it’s small but a great size for small kids. Great location for access to other parts of mid cape as well. Hosts were very easy to get ahold of!

Great place

My 2 boys (along with their 2 friends) and I stayed at Two Bouys. The property was exactly as described/pictured. The house is super cute. Great location. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing Family Vacation

Loved everything about this house, had everything we needed and so much space for the 6 of us (4 adults and two kids) to spread out. We sat in the family room after dinner every night and played games, it was such an easy and short walk to the beach. Bedrooms were perfect for us, and loved the seating outside, especially the front porch. I watched the kids ride bikes up and down the street from the porch on the quiet street. We can't wait to stay again next year, thank you so much.

Wonderful Home and Location

Dina was so responsive to any questions. The house is in a perfect location down the street from several beaches. I have never stayed at a place where the owner was so considerate with quality amenities. Also great perk to have a beach wagon, wave boards, chairs and more. Would definitely rent again!

We really enjoyed this rental. It's in a great location and is well-appointed, and the yard and amenities are great. My kids loved playing in the yard and walking to the beach, and the shed includes beach toys, etc which is awesome. The kitchen has everything you need as well and the house is nicely decorated. However I feel I must mention - the listing states "linens included." That's part of the reason we booked this specific rental. Imagine my surprise when an email we received a few months AFTER booking had a many-page pdf with fine print stating linens AREN'T included and must be rented separately or supplied yourself. So there are no sheets or towels in the rental on arrival. You should not be allowed to list "linens included" when the guest actually has to rent them separately; this should be clearly laid out on the listing as an additional expense, and definitely was not made clear at the time of our booking. Otherwise, again, it's a beautiful home in a great location for a reasonable price. We had a really nice family vacation here. Just be aware that you have to rent or buy your own sheets, bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, etc. and at the time of my booking this was not made clear.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful week with family. Gina and Mark pay special attention to all the important little things that made our vacation week so enjoyable. The kitchen is well appointed and has all the “gadgets” you need. We enjoyed our morning coffee and cocktails on the porch, the outdoor dining, use of the grill, and beach items in the shed. It was also nice to watch the Olympics on any of the 3 TVs, and the beds were super comfortable. Dina is very responsive to all questions, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Cozy cottage by the beach

We had a fantastic week at Two Buoys. Prior to our arrival, Dina was available for info and questions. She also provided a great welcome packet. Once we arrived, we found everything as described. More than enough room for our family of 4, including 2 teenage girls. It's an easy and quick walk to either the private or public beach. Great restaurants and fish markets are only a short drive away. Will definitely return on our next trip to the Cape!

Just Perfect!!My family has been coming to the Cape every summer for 20 years. This stay was truly amazing! The house is wonderfully appointed. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for a family of 6 with mostly adult children! We enjoyed morning coffee on the front closed in porch, delicious BBQ on the outside deck, family game night in the kitchen, and movie night in the spacious living room! Close to restaurants and ice cream and the beach!! My 81 year old mother-in-law loved being able to easily walk to the beach whenever she wanted to go:) If you’re on the fence about booking a stay, do it!! You won’t regret it! Already booked our return trip for next summer! Thank you Dina and Mark!

Best vacation!

This was one of our best family vacations! The house was clean and provided plenty of room (inside & out) for our family of 6. The home was so warm and inviting, fully stocked, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our nights on the deck, and then all slept well in the comfortable beds! The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk across the street every day to the swings and to the beach. We were central in getting to several of the surrounding towns. Awesome restaurants within walking distance. This was our 1st vacation rental that our kids referred to as “home”. It couldn’t have been better!

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful week. When arriving the home was very clean and had lots of storage for us to unpack. The kitchen was filled with a variety of appliances, dish ware, etc. It was very nice to have AC in the bedrooms, and also portable fans where needed. We enjoyed morning coffee in the screen room, lunch on the deck, and wine in the Adirondack Chairs. Walks to the beach were quick and easy, with very little traffic to navigate. Proximity of this home to restaurants, ice cream, and scenic spots was perfect. Dina was extremely responsive and very helpful. Plan to stay again next year.

Perfect location

Our stay was great. The house was perfect for my husband and I, our two young adult children and two family friends. The house was super clean! Beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed corn hole in the back yard after dinner and the outdoor shower was super useful for our after beach showers!!! The location to the beach was amazing! A quick walk and your at the beach!!! We also enjoyed kayaking and riding bikes along the rail trail. Close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were awesome! We had some trouble with the grill one night, and Mark came down the next day and fixed the issue! We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to the cape!
