This bright, white, and modern beachfront apartment is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony, or take a dip in the refreshing pool. The apartment is just steps away from the beach, so you can easily spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and exploring all that Miami Beach has to offer.
The apartment is spacious and luxurious, with a king bed in the bedroom, a new sofa couch in the living room, and large closets. There is a main bathroom and a guest half-bathroom. The apartment is also equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free WiFi, TVs, high-speed fiber internet, smart thermostat, coffee maker, water filtration system, and all kitchen appliances.
The building is a super luxury building with beach front and lounge chairs provided. The pool is currently under renovation but is expected to open soon. There is also free valet parking available.
The apartment is located in a great location, just steps from the beach and Publix grocery store. It is also a short drive to South Beach and Bal Harbour, where you can find excellent restaurants and amazing shops.
The minimum stay is 30 days.
