You’ll find plenty of dishes, linens, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella to enjoy your stay.

I loved this condo. It was in such a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to everything! The condo unit was so quiet and the unit was clean and nicely decorated. Very comfy feeling!

I had a wonderful stay at this property, it is very comfortable and the location is fantastic. The room is very tropical with plenty of beautiful tree tops outside the large windows.

Toller Unterkunft mit Super Lage. Leihfahrräder direkt um die Ecke und nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand oder Ocean Drive. Parkplätze eher schwierig oder zumindest teuer. Meine Empfehlung, bei Publix Parken (20/Tag) und mit dem Leihrad hinfahren in unter 5 min

Island Oasis

A home away from home that is exactly what we call this location. Gently nestled on a quiet street but a short walk to the nightlife of South Beach a saunter on the boardwalk or a dip in the ocean only blacks away.Yes this is everything that you could want during your stay.

Very cute oasis

Great place for 2. The tropical wall in the bedroom is so cute, gives the place a great vibe. A/C works well, everything clean, bathroom has plenty of storage. Thanks for all the hangers too, we were able to hang up all our clothes. Built in washer and dryer was a great feature so you don’t have to pack as many clothes. Overabundance of cups, glasses, plates, etc, really well stocked for a place that only holds two people. Pool is small but big enough for what you need and it was always empty or nearly empty and water was warm. Really quick communication with the team on the app regarding questions. Quiet, safe location, beautiful historic area. A block off of fifth street and like 3 blocks to the beach so close to everything but quiet. So much to do within walking distance. Walgreens, CVS, Publix, Total Wine, etc close by. We loved all the items for the beach: towels, chairs, umbrella, soft cooler. Plenty of drawers and shelves for all your stuff. Highly recommend for a couple or a mother/daughter stay.

Stay Like a Local for the Week!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! we've been staying in South Beach for 6 years now and have never stayed somewhere so nice and accommodating! Cherry on top was the beach chairs stored in the closet!

I'd come back!

Amazing location, walking distance to Ocean Drive and minutes to the beach. Unit is great, exactly like the listing. Only thing is can hear the neighbors upstairs if they're stomping around a lot and vacuuming in the hallway is audible around 10am (super understandable I'm just a late riser). 2 beach towels given so definitely recommend buying/bringing a couple extra. Pool area is usually pretty occupied so don't count on using it but the beach is super close by as a great back up:) Host is a great communicator and replies fast so any questions are taken care of asap, overall highly recommend!

A dream holiday in a dream location!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming studio in South Beach. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the beach, close to all the main attractions, and with easy access to public transport, making it incredibly convenient to explore Miami.The studio itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The neighbourhood felt very safe and was well-lit at all hours, which added to our peace of mind during evening strolls.One of the unexpected highlights was the pool – it was rarely used by other guests, so it felt like we had our own private oasis every day. Such a lovely bonus!Our host was fantastic – attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.We would highly recommend this place to couples looking for a relaxing and convenient escape in Miami. We’re already looking forward to hopefully returning in the future!

Great apartment in convenient location

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay in this apartment. Very convenient location especially for public transport and access to supermarkets and of course the beach. Thoughtfully equipped. Comfortable bed. Beach equipment and use of washing machine very much appreciated. Bit of noise from upstairs apartment for a few days, just heavy footed I think, otherwise pretty quiet.

Wonderful time in South Beach

Quiet and. Comfortable.We had everything we needed for a relaxing week away from the snowstorms at home.Very clean and well stocked with everything we could ask for.We can’t wait to come back again!!

Perfect beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The property was within easy walking distance to the beach as well as stores and restaurants. It was clean and having a full kitchen was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Tropical Escape

We are just back from a lovely five-night stay at this property. Check-in was easy and the host was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had. It has all the amenities you could ask for. We especially appreciated the beach chairs & cooler for afternoons at the beach. The location is fabulous, and absolutely everything is within walking distance (beach, restaurants, markets, bike rentals) & no car is required. The condo is well appointed & comfortable and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is a quiet & safe neighbourhood.The only real issue for us was the Wi-Fi and internet...they are spotty at best. If you need a reliable connection to check emails or access Microsoft Teams etc., you will need to go off site. We would go to the Starbucks for reliable Wi-Fi & internet. Even though we were on holiday we still needed to check in with work, so this was a wee bit of an inconvenience. Something that had absolutely nothing to do with the host was the noise from other guests. Two nights during our stay the on our floor guests were very loud until 3:30 am. They were having fun though.The only other comment I have would be concerning the cleaning crew. I am rather fussy and feel they need to pay more attention to the small details. The condo was very clean, however the ‘unused’ areas (shelf under the coffee table, tops of other pieces of furniture & dressers) were very dusty. I would without hesitation, recommend this rental.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, we were mostly disappointed with our choice! The few positives: the neighborhood was safe, walking to public transportation and fun areas, were fairly close and we did manage to enjoy some of our stay,overall! The big downfalls to note for us: as we walked in the door, the first thing we saw was a huge dead cockroach (although we saw no signs of anymore), that put us having to be constantly on edge. Next, although we understand the occasional need to access the property, we were disturbed 3 times w/in the 1st mornings, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE, w/knocks from inspectors wanting access...of course I had to insist they1st officially notify me, before I could open the door to the strangers, which took even more time...lastly, a completely unfair downfall was, they supplied x2 of us, for x7day stay, a TOTAL of 2wash cloths/4hand/4bath towels...I kindly requested more, given I was led to believe they were there for us, if we needed ANYTHING to make our stay comfortable...as I reached out, I was abruptly informed, they would not be accommodating this request.I expressed, did not think it fair, to expect us, on vacation in thier listed property, to do laundry everyday,to enjoy a daily shower!This lack of attention to detail was a great hindrance for us and we would not therefore, be able to recommend this listing! Being in a state of frustration on vacation, is not what we felt was fair, w/how easy the remedy was for them! 👎 with 3 unannouncedi with 3 interrupted
