Welcome to San Remo #401 - Once Upon a Tide, a luxury three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, along scenic 30A. This top-floor retreat sleeps up to eight guests and features a spacious wraparound balcony with beautiful Gulf views, an open floor plan, and plenty of natural light. The primary bedroom offers balcony access and beautiful Gulf views, while the second bedroom also opens directly onto the wraparound balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick beach snack or cook a full gourmet dinner. After a day along the coast, gather around the dining area or relax in the comfortable living space while enjoying the bright, open layout. A private laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience during your stay.

Each of the three bedrooms offers a private ensuite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for everyone in your group. The primary bedroom features a spacious ensuite bathroom and direct access to the wraparound balcony, while the second bedroom also includes balcony access and Gulf views. With three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms plus a bonus bunk nook, this condo offers plenty of space for a relaxing beach getaway.

Great place to stay for vacation!

Overall, this is a beautiful, clean condo. Love the location and plan on booking again. The only complaint we have is lack of amenities such as a few coffee filters, etc. Many times when people come in from other places, they can't transport groceries and its nice to have just a few items there initially.

Nightmare

The location was beautiful, but do not rent with this company. The first day, we didn’t get any beach time. There was a gate to the beach that required a key fob which they did not notify me of before the stay . I contacted the company, and they had no idea where to look or how to get to the beach, so we missed our first beach day. The third day, we went to see a movie and got back around 9:30 that night. The gate to the complex was locked, and the code they gave me would not work to get in. I texted them the problem. When they hadn’t called in 15 minutes, I called them. They told me they’d get back with me. Ten minutes later they still hadn’t called. We’d tried everything. After about 35 minutes of waiting outside the gate, I expressed to the representative that I was starting to get upset. She told me there was nothing they could do, and we’d just have to stay at another one of their properties that night. I told her my parents and children, along with my luggage were in the condo, and asked her if I was just supposed to leave my kids and luggage and go to another place. She told me if I wanted to stay somewhere for the evening, that was my only option. At this point, we’d waited outside the gate for over an hour. It was midnight. My husband grabbed tools to see if he could remove the gate from its track and put it back up, a process that would have taken a few hours but gotten us to our children. He tripped a wire and got us in. The company would have left us outside!

You will not be disappointed with this unit. This is our second year staying at this complex and the view and location are perfect. Absolutely love it!
