This property supported a small family gathering in all the best ways. Lots of space and all the kitchenware and cooking supports for making meals. The pool and the setting/view make this property really stand out. All day sun and the sitting on the dock was dreamy. This house in fantastic neighbourhood. Communication with host was good. It was the first time renting Vrbo where we had to pick up key off the property but it was close and easy. Would stay again.

The layout was perfect for our group, and we especially loved spending time fishing off the dock. We caught more than eight different species of fish, which was definitely a highlight of our trip!The home was overall clean and in a fantastic location—within walking distance of the Snook Inn and just a short drive to Tigertail Beach.The pool was a little underwhelming, and our boys weren’t particularly interested in getting in, but the lanai more than made up for it! The spacious outdoor area and long dining table were amazing, and we spent much of our time there relaxing, eating, and enjoying each other’s company.Overall, a great home with so much to offer. We made some wonderful memories and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

A Great Time in Olde Marco

The house had everything we needed for a very nice family vacation. It was clean, and the layout was great for us with multiple families. The pool was a big hit for us. I have never left less than a 5 star review and hesitated to submit this but thought I would to help future travelers. Let me start by saying the home was very clean, management was very responsive and the location was amazing! Despite the few things I mention we still had a lovely stay. My husband and I concluded that perhaps the owner has not stayed in this home for some time as many issues were minor but for the price we pay they really should be remedied. Our findings were as follows: Ceiling fan in living room wouldn't turn off - switch seemed broke; bathroom fan wouldn't turn on at all and must need replacement; there were no hooks or bars in master bath to hang a wet towel; the toilet seats all had cracks/very worn; No propane for the advertised grill for our one fish meal we wanted to prepare; the advertised beach amenities were very worn (beach umbrella was broke & one of the two pool floaties was torn). The stove didn't work well - upon looking it up we read that magnetic pans were advised which home didn't seem to have. Upon checking in we noticed there was only a Keurig but no drip coffee pot which is a huge must for our group of six. Apparently the listing did say only a Keurig but it didn't register with me until checking in as it seems odd not to have a more efficient drip pot for groups. Note that upon calling mgt on this they were awesome and had a drip pot delivered in minutes - very impressive! Minor stuff but for the price should really be updated.

Thank you for your review, Mary. We are sorry to hear this and are confused by your review. You stated how our agency immediately responded and delivered a drip coffee maker, even though the property was equipped with a Keurig. Why did you not inform us of these other small maintenance items? We could have easily checked the living room fan, refilled the propane tank on the grill, and replaced the beach umbrella. Please note that the property owner does not provide pool floats, and it is not marketed as such. Those would have been left from a previous guest. Also, the stove is an induction stove and works with the provided sets of pots and pans. If you had any questions about operating it, again, you should have contacted our agency. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we wish you the best.

Great house! Fit our group of 7 very comfortably. Walked to the Snook Inn for happy hour several times and enjoyed the pool and seeing dolphins in the morning off the dock. Clean and had all the things we needed! We would come back for sure.

An almost perfect home in Marco

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice home, in a quiet cul-de-sac. Located within 10 minutes of Everything in Marco. Less than a 10 minute boat ride through the low wake zone to the Gulf...LOVED that. Super cool that the pantry was stocked and I mean stocked. Many spices, pam spray, baggies of all sizes, tin foil, etc, etc. There was only one setback, but it was the pool and that's a big portion of the rental. Hundreds of dead caterpillar/ worms on the bottom everyday. I get it, it's part of nature like a roach but our friends rented the home next door and they had zero worms. Just asking the homeowner to get the screen enclosure secured. Didn't bother my son and I but the wife and kids would only swim next door. We had a very nice week!

A vacation getaway in island paradise!

The location is situated in a low boat traffic no-wake channel, so it is beautifully quiet and yet only a few minutes boat ride from the main channel out to the Gulf and main beaches. We loved the bug-free screened in pool and patio experience where the family enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool with incredible views from sunrise to sunset. Manatee sightings and fishing right off the dock! The kitchen was a dream to cook in and everyone had their own great spaces to hang out throughout the house during the brief rainy hours. We rented a boat for the week from Dolphin Cove Marina and water toys (kayaks & paddle boards) from Florida Adventures. We enjoyed the water and had dolphin sightings EVERY DAY! Keewaydin and Coconut Beaches were fabulous for pulling boat up onto sandy shoreline and swimming in warm shallow waters. Best to boat during closer to high tide hours, if possible and make good use of the maps to navigate around sand bars/ shoal. Snook Inn walking distance for a fantastic meal with incredible views. The home has plenty of pool and shower towels, and we made great use of the laundry facilities to keep up with fresh linens. TV has all the apps just used our account to sign in. We are dreaming of the day we can return to this little corner of paradise.

Relaxing waterfront oasis

The home was recently renovated and it has Palm Springs vibes. White marble floors, counter tops, kitchen, completely open floor plan that looks out at the enclosed dining and pool area. Natural light pours in, yet you still feel like you’re in a private tropical oasis.The outdoor dining area was perfect for a few home cooked meals. The adults enjoyed sunset cocktails while the kids played in the pool. It was the perfect setup for our family. Beyond the pool is a well manicured yard that leads to a dock with plenty of lounge chairs. At the dock, we could hang out on the lounge chairs, or dangle our feet off the side, so relaxing. Our daughter actually caught a fish off the dock, and we had several dolphin sightings during our stay which she’s still talking about. This home was perfect for our family, we didn’t feel the need to leave. But, it’s also near the beaches and so many restaurants, and shops. We can’t wait to return!
