This cabin is clearly marked as not pet friendly in the listing and rental agreement. Unfortunately, bringing a pet into a non-pet-friendly property is a direct violation of those terms. Once this was discovered, our team contacted you promptly and offered to relocate you to a pet-friendly cabin to accommodate your stay. That option was declined, and you chose to leave instead. We do our best to work with guests when situations arise, but we also have to uphold the rules set by property owners. We regret that the situation was uncomfortable, but it was a result of the policy not being followed. We do appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.
