What a lovely home that we so enjoyed for our family reunion! It is tastefully decorated and the many little spaces for reading were very much appreciated. Having all the outdoor decks was fabulous! Everyone commented on the comfortable beds. The large kit hen with 2 sinks made meal prep easy.We would love to return!

This Neskowin property worked beautifully for our group of 10. The 3 large bedrooms provided privacy for the adults and the children's bedroom was a great place for the kids to hang out. The open kitchen, dining room, and living room allowed us to all gather comfortably. It was an easy 5 minute walk to South beach. The owner was very accommodating, allowing us to check in a little early and check out 3 hours late, giving us a chance to play a last round of golf. This was a perfect spot to make lasting family memories.

This home was wonderful for our family group. Truly a “luxury house” as advertised. Very clean with lots of room to spread out. Fabulous “great room” LR/DR/Kitchen with high end furnishings and appliances. The bedrooms are large and nicely separated from the main living area and from each other for lots of privacy. It’s a quiet, gated neighborhood with very little road traffic. The short walk to the beach was perfect for adults and kids. A real gem.

The house was wonderful! Well equiped in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We rented the house for my husbands 80th birthday, and there was a Happy Birthday sign on the counter when we walked in as well as a bowl of muffins. Such a nice touch. There were 6 of us that stayed for the weekend and 26 that came for the party on Saturday. Plenty of room for everyone. An easy walk to the beach. Couldn't have been better.

The home is beautiful and was perfect for our sibling reunion - 8 people and a dog, with two others who joined us for a few meals. The kitchen is spacious; well stocked with utensils, dishware, pots and pans...., and there are two sinks, a real plus. The beds were quite comfortable. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area. It was so nice getting away from the crowds. There are several decks that you can relax on and listen to the sound of the ocean while enjoying a cup of coffee. It's an easy walk to the pristine Neskowin Beach. Norm (the owner) was exceptional with his communication from the time I made the reservation and throughout our stay, and after. My sister accidentally left her cellphone behind and Norm (along with his house cleaner) has been incredibly helpful in locating the phone and is now in the process of mailing it to her. We truly appreciate their efforts!

This house was perfect for our family gathering celebrating my mother's 80th birthday! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was just the right size to prepare meals for a big family. We appreciated the quick walk to the beach and enjoyed the fire pit out back in the evenings. We even saw bunnies and deer while we were there. The host made sure I knew that if I needed anything during our stay, to not hesitate contacting him. Everyone loved the house and enjoyed their stay!
