What a cute place! Very clean. Kitschy decor but cool for the area. Comfy furniture and well stocked kitchen amenities. Everything was as pictured. Nice backyard and hot tub.Entrance to the house was easy. Management provided good instructions. Communication was easy but a little delayed. The area is "mid town." Nothing is really within walking distance (except Vons), but everything is a short drive. This includes the beach and downtown (where there are great restaurants!).

Appreciate the note on communication timing—we’ll keep working on that. And yes, it’s definitely more of a short-drive spot, but great that you were still able to get to the beach and downtown easily. Thanks again for staying with us—we’d love to host you again!
