We include a "starter" roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and trash liners in each trash can. We will start leaving a box of trash bags under the kitchen sink for guests. We are in the midst of a spring cleaning now.

We are glad you enjoyed the house and location. The thermostat has a limit of 72 degrees in order to work the thermostat you have to hold the button until it blinks then adjust accordingly. We will upgrade the pots and pans in the kitchen this spring.
