Located in a semi-urban setting, guests may experience the sounds of the hustle and bustle that takes place on this busy corridor. Traffic and passersby are to be expected. We do provide a sound machine for those that prefer to drown this out with the sounds of nature :) Also, please note that although we are located just minutes from the many restaurants, bars and cafes of nearby Park Circle, we are located in a diverse, blue-collar, working class area.

The unit is entirely yours. The building contains 4 units total, and has shared parking area, outdoor space, and common work area/hallway. The unit does feature a private outdoor entrance as well.

We've also got you covered with all of the necessary amenities for a seamless experience - free parking, high-speed wifi, smart TV, and keyless entry, just to name a few.

Downtown Charleston and area beaches are just a quick drive away! Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, and there are also bus stops located nearby. We still recommend having a vehicle for maximum convenience.

Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home, and that parties or gatherings over and above the stated maximum # of allowed guests, are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $250 fee.

Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a fee of $50/hour.
