We were welcomed to this condo with a gorgeous view and clean accommodations. The host, Janet, was friendly and quick with replies. The building itself is an older building, as most in the area are. The parking garage is a quick walk away, but you can park at the condo building itself for 15 minutes to load and unload passengers and luggage. We would definitely rent this unit again or another unit hosted by Janet!

View was spectacular. The property has multiple swimming pools, hot tub, and direct beach access. It was a bit further from the boardwalk than we realized but a doable walk, about 1 mile.

We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. We found clothing left in the drawers, and a couple of the drawers were off their tracks. I sent pictures of the drawer issues to the contact person. It needs to be updated more. There were very few kitchen items available, and no dish soap or dishwasher tabs were provided. No vacuum, and the broom was terrible. In all the other Vrbo properties I have stayed at, these basic supplies were always included. We were told that someone would be on-site at 9:00 a.m. to inspect the property. Not sure why they had to inspect during our stay. We rearranged our vacation plans to meet this person, but they never showed up, which was frustrating and resulted in us having to change our plans unnecessarily.Light bulbs were either missing or burned out in both bathrooms and the family room. The elevator in the parking garage was also not working and appeared to have been out of service for several months. I wish we had been made aware of this before booking, as it would have affected our decision.Additionally, we never saw anyone checking the pool chemicals, and the pool needed cleaning.Overall, these issues detracted from our vacation experience. Better preparation, communication, and maintenance would have made a significant difference in our stay.

Everything was good. One of the pools was down for maintenance, but they did a nice job of making sure all the other pools were open. Maintenance happens, the management team did well to give plenty of options. Great view and close to the ferris wheel
