Lovely 1br Condo with indoor outdoor pool walkable to Perkins Cove and town!

Relax in this spacious 1 bedroom condo. During the summer you can relax in the indoor and outdoor pools (closed off season). From this condo you can walk to a number of local restaurants and sights so you can enjoy your vacation rather than sitting in traffic. It is also across from the Ogunquit Playhouse.
The space
We hope that you enjoy your stay at our condo at the Seafarer. You are located across the street from the Ogunquit Playhouse, a nice 0.8mi walk to Perkins Cove, and 0.6mi to the center of town.

Unit 225 is on the ground floor.

Living room: There is a spacious living room that is open to the kitchen and 4 seat dining table. The couch is a pullout couch with a queen sized mattress. There is a Roku tv above a beautiful electric stove. There is a bathroom off of the kitchen with a tub and shower combination.

Bedroom: The only bedroom has a King sized bed with a Nectar memory foam mattress. There is another Roku smart tv to relax after a great day at the beach. There is also a desk with monitor, keyboard and mouse if you are working while getting away. The second bathroom is off of the bedroom with a beautiful new shower with glass enclosure.

Pool: There is both an indoor and an outdoor pool at the property. The indoor pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day until a point in September determined by the weather.

Parking: There are two parking spots for this unit. Each spot requires a parking pass and is strictly monitored.

Absolutely loved this condo! Cute and quaint. Close to town and the beach although we stayed in the fall. Would definitely stay again!!

This is a wonderful property with an unbeatable location!Pros--walking distance to main drag and beaches- so easy-space exactly as pictured-host extremely responsive and friendly-check in and access to amenities incredibly easy-main bedroom very spacious-parking easy and straightforwardCons--couch bed very uncomfortable; we wound up being unable to sleep on it at all-cleanliness was not the best. There were scattered balloons, beads etc from a previous party and bathroom trashcans had trash in themOverall we really enjoyed our stay and the location is truly the best.

Great place. They had plenty of parking & it was fairly close to town. Having two bathrooms was ideal for four girls. The property manager was responsive, helpful, & friendly!

Great location, just walked across road to the playhouse. Town a reasonable walk as well.

The only reason I don’t give it an overall 5 star review is because of small issue with cleanliness. The appearance of the condo was beautiful!

Great Location, Great Condo

This property was perfect for us, it was just across the street form the Playhouse, and within walking distance to most restaurants. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials

Mini Vac

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved that there are two bathrooms. Location was accurate in terms of walk distance, but I thought there might be some conveniences such as coffee, etc that would be closer. Really enjoyed Ogunquit, Neddick Golf Course and going to Nubble Light House.

Great host, beautiful area, clean and bright condo and pools.

Excellent all around. Will go back another. Host was great, and accommodated later checkout due to car breakdown.

Perfect location

This condo is perfectly located within walking distance of everything. Perkins Cove and all restaurants are minutes away. The condo has comfortable furniture and all the things you need for your stay. We hope to stay there again in the future.
