Nestled in the charming city of Davenport, this home is centrally located near Orlando's Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, as well as, numerous world-renowned golf courses, parks, and event venues.

When you aren't out exploring the Sunshine State, an enclosed, turquoise pool awaits right outside the home's back door. Ideal for afternoon swims, the heated pool will quickly become one of your favorite spots to spend vacation.

Inside, the open-concept interior features a cozy living room, complete with soft seating and a large TV, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a lovely formal dining table. Additional bites can be indulged in at the breakfast bar or at the breakfast nook, overlooking the pool.

The four bedrooms offer ceiling fans, private TVs, and soft linens. A soaking tub and large walk-in shower are available off the primary bedroom. Rounding out the home's excellent amenities, appreciate having access to a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
