The Space:
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is filled with natural light and boasts a luxurious mountain home ambiance. You will feel right at home in this beautiful condo, where you will find plenty of space for a group of up to 6 to stay comfortably. The home’s incredible ski-in/ski-out location near Silver Strike Express lift and Silver Buck Ski Run provide unbeatable access to the slopes right out your front door! After a day on the mountain, unload your ski gear in the private ski locker or enjoy a soak in the shared hot tub before heading in to the condo to relax and recharge.
When you enter the home, you will find coat hooks to the side of the front door, and the open kitchen/dining/living room directly ahead. Step into the spacious kitchen which boasts beautiful cabinets, a kitchen island with three bar stools, and high-end stainless steel appliances such as a Wolf stove and oven. The chef in your group is going to love preparing meals in this space, where they will have everything they need to make a delicious meal. Just steps away from the kitchen you will find the dining area with a table for 6 situated underneath a modern lighting fixture. With views out the large windows, this space is perfect for snacking, digging into a meal or playing a game of cards with your group.
When you are ready to relax, head into the bright living room, where you will find a three-person leather couch and two chairs providing comfortable places to sit. The well-decorated living room has soaring windows that fill the back wall and includes homey touches such as a coffee table, side tables, and lamps, making you feel right at home in the space. Sit back and warm up by the gas fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the 65” TV, this dynamic space is set up for entertaining and relaxing! A private balcony located off the living room is the perfect spot to take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the surrounding views. On the balcony you will find two patio chairs where you can sit and take in the view of the Silver Strike ski lift/Silver Buck ski run that passes right alongside the building with the Wasatch Mountain range visible in the distance.
When you are ready to tuck in for the night, head to one of the two inviting bedrooms where you will find plush carpeting, mounted TV’s, and large windows bringing in ample natural light. In the master bedroom you will find a comfortable king-size bed with matching nightstands and lamps on either side, a dresser and a walk-in closet for storing your personal belongings, and a cushioned chair tucked into the corner next to the large window. Freshen up before bed in the luxurious master bathroom where you will find a double sink vanity with under-the-sink cabinet and drawer space, a stand-in shower, and a spa tub perfect for easing sore muscles after a day on the slopes. The condo’s second bedroom makes efficient use of its space, providing extra sleeping accommodations with a twin over full bunk bed, and a twin trundle bed. The bunk bed includes an easy access staircase, making it a safe and comfortable option for children. A spacious double door closet is also found in the bedroom, providing enough space to store your luggage. Conveniently located across the hallway from the second bedroom is a full bathroom for shared use. This bathroom includes a single-sink vanity with 8-drawers providing plenty of storage space, and a bathtub/shower combo. The home also includes a half-bathroom, providing plenty of options in the home for your group to freshen up.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo and private balcony, as well as a shared HOA hot tub. Guests will also have access to one unassigned parking space in the shared parking garage.

Located near the slopes of Deer Valley Resort, this home is a ski-in/ski-out, so you can get on your gear and ski down to the Silver Buck Ski Run. Or make the short walk down the hill to the Silver Strike Express lift. This home is an ideal base for exploring the mountains, providing quick access to world-class ski runs, mountain excursions, and Deer Valley’s entertainment offerings! In the summer, enjoy concerts at the Snow Park outdoor amphitheater and explore the luxurious lodges, resorts, spas, and dining options in the area. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience! When you are ready for a city adventure, the Main Street Historic District is an 8-minute drive or 14-minute bus ride away where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options.
Getting Around:
This home places you in the heart of Deer Valley and situates you steps away from both Silver Buck Ski Run and Silver Strike Express Lift. Jump onto the FREE Park City Transit bus system at Deer Valley stop, just a 4-minute walk from the condo, and be easily connected to Park City and the surrounding areas including Park City Mountain Resort for more skiing fun. Take the 14-minute bus ride to the historic downtown Park City and enjoy the breweries, restaurants, shops, galleries, and festivals in the area. Once in downtown Park City, the FREE Main Street Trolley is a charming way to explore that area. Uber/Lyft is also always available.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
