An open floor plan and a pool have a way of keeping the whole family in one happy orbit — glad both were hits! Being a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach makes it even sweeter, and comfortable beds seal the deal. We'd love to welcome your family back for the next beach trip!

Great place to stay.

Was everything we expected. Nice neighborhood. Clean and quiet (except for workers across the street working). It is close to everything we wanted to do. Would have been even better if the weather had of been a little warmer to go swimming.

Staycation!!!

The property was just as pictured and advertised and very lovely! The downstairs patio pool area is great, super close to the beach, great sunsets from the front deck, the decor is super cute and the couch and beds were very comfy! Nice touch with the noise machines in the bedrooms ad golf cart traffic can be loud at times. Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!!

Overall a great property

It was a great house with all the amenities and tools needed for a nice stay. We arrived to a dirty pool which was quickly adressed and cleaned. We were disappointed that the pool heater was not available as we booked because of the pool and was not aware it wasnt available until a few days before the stay.

Thank you for your kind words, Mark! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the house and found it well-equipped for a comfortable stay. We apologize for the initial condition of the pool, but we’re happy it was quickly addressed. We also sincerely apologize for the late notice regarding the pool heater, and we’re sorry for the disappointment it caused. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to host you again for a 5-star experience.

Overall our stay was very nice! We had a small issue with the pool being dirty. It was an issue with the pool maintenance being over booked. Came out the next day to resolve issue. The property is in a great location. Will definitely book here again!

Carroll Review

We had a great time at this beautiful home. The facility, the amenities, and the overall experience during our stay was excellent. However, there is one matter that may need some attention. We encountered a slight pest problem during our stay. On two consecutive nights a cockroach crawled over one of the beds in the bunk room while my granddaughter was laying in it, and on another occasion we found a cockroach crawling over the bed in the master bedroom. I realize that this pest activity is likely due to the numerous construction projects around the property, but you should be aware of the situation so preventive action can be taken. That being said, this is a fantastic vacation property that I would definitely rent again in the future.

Thank you Mark. Yes, our properties are treated by a professional pest control company every 4-8 weeks in between guests as we know pests on an island are the norm but we never like to see them in our houses. We will ask for another spray for this one to help keep the ones that may have snuck in. We welcome you back next time!

Great stay, Meh on thermostat

The house was beautiful, spacious and just what the group needed. The only problem was that the heater was set and locked.. It ended up being a nice weekend & needed if cooler. When we reached out they said they would send maintenance over but we were never able to get the thermostat changed or get the code to be able to change it. So that made it a little uncomfortable.
