We had a good visit to this property. The beds were comfortable and the layout and location is good. It’s nice that it also has a pool and golf cart onsite you can rent.

We had a couple of sinks that drained slow, property management fixed the problem quickly. Trash cabinet draw was inoperable, ended up setting trash can on the floor. Golf cart was okay, struggled a bit to get it rented and at one point thought it was about to break down. Area around the pool was cool, there were some weeds that should have been taken care of and caused the area to be a bit unsightly. All in all a good stay, not as close to the beach as we thought but that was on us for not knowing.

The trash cabinet drawer, the golf cart rental process, and the weeds around the pool area have all been passed along to our team so they can be addressed. We appreciate the honest feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Great location and great communication on check in process. Pool was a little dirty (paper towels and sand), but some is to be expected so close the beach. House was clean and very nicely decorated, with plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Would stay again!

Spring break vacation stay

First time to Port A and we had a blast. The house was as advertised. A lot of room for the whole family and very clean. The only thing was the hot tub wasn't initially hot. It's a heat pump instead of a gas heater so it took a little while to get the hot tub warm, but other than that minor thing the stay there was perfect. Will for sure be coming back and staying there again.

We recently stayed at Totally Beachin’ in Port Aransas and, overall, had a good experience. The inside of the home was nice, spacious, and well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room for our group, and the amenities made it easy to enjoy our time there.Unfortunately, there were a few issues that kept our stay from being great. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub. We followed the instructions provided to turn it on and contacted the host when it never warmed up. The host said someone would come take a look, but the hot tub still never got warm during our stay. We finally received another response only a few minutes before we were leaving on our last day.We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool area. There was a hair clip with a significant amount of hair in it sitting by the pool, and we even found a bone with some meat still attached—what looked like a small pork chop—in the pool itself. In addition, there was hair left on the shower wall in the master bathroom. One other thing to keep in mind is that the property is very close to neighboring homes. If privacy is important to you, this may not be the best option.Overall, the house itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and responsiveness would make for a much better experience.

It's great to hear the home itself was comfortable, spacious, and well-stocked for your group. The hot tub and the handling of your request during the stay have both been escalated to the team responsible for the home, and the pool area and master bath details have been raised directly with the cleaning team as well. Thank you also for the practical note on the setting for future guests. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and should you consider staying with us again, we'd welcome the chance to provide the stay this home is capable of.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved that almost every room had books—it gave the home such a cozy and welcoming feel.My family and I really enjoyed all of the outdoor amenities, especially the pool, outdoor TV, and swings. There were so many great spaces to relax and spend time together, and the home truly made our Port Aransas trip even more enjoyable. The only minor issue we had was with the garbage cabinet, as we had some trouble getting it to close properly. Other than that, everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this home again. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay in Port Aransas!

Thank you for the wonderful recommendation, and we'd love to host your family again!

Good location, nice house with lots of options to entertain kids. Beds were comfy. Only complaint was the house could have been cleaned better - the kitchen floor was quite dirty, the door knob was weirdly leaky/greasy. Overall we had a great stay.

Communication was effective. Access to the property was easy. The WiFi instructions didn't work, so we had to call and it was a cumbersome process. For the nightly cost of the property I would have assumed it would have been cleaner, the seal to the refrigerator was duct taped and had mold growing. The advertised TV down in the tiki bar did not work and the pool had a ton of sand in it. As a pool owner myself you could tell it had not been cleaned, we sent a message first day and was told it would be cleaned the next day and it was not. The decorations are nice, bed was very comfortable and overall it is a nice rental for a few days at the beach but could use some cleaning.

We rented totally beachin for the last leg of our Texas fall break trip. The 5 nights we stayed in Port Aransas were great!
