Our Story (aka Why We’re Obsessed With This Place):
Twenty years ago, we made the best decision of our lives—moving to Cape Coral. Between the sunshine, salty breezes, and boat-to-the-beach lifestyle, we were hooked. Now we’re opening up our happy place to other adventure-seeking, hammock-loving families who want a taste of Florida magic. Mornings here are for soaking in the hot tub with coffee in hand. Afternoons? Boating to Sanibel or making waves with the kids in the pool. Nights? Lanai lounging, drinks in hand, stars overhead.
What’s Inside – and Outside – the Dream:
- 2 Luxe King Suites with private bathrooms for maximum pampering
- 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Double Queen Bedroom – because nobody wants bunk beds on vacation
- 3 Full Bathrooms, including one with direct pool deck access (hello, convenient!)
The vibe is open, airy, and designed for FUN. The living and dining spaces flow right into the showstopper: the lanai. This screened-in outdoor haven features:
- An 8-person dining table for epic family meals
- A comfy lounge with a big-screen TV for movie nights, game days, or evening chill sessions
- A drink station with a mini fridge and ice machine—so the good times stay cool

We had a fabulous time. This home is beautiful, very comfortable, spacious and had everything we coukd possibly need. The pool and hot tub were perfect, couldn't have picked a better place.

Everything! The property was spotless, the host was always responsive, and the location was beautiful and convenient to great restaurants and stores. The pool and spa were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay
Amazing outdoor space. We created a lot of fun meaningful memories around the pool. House was beautifully updated and very comfortable for our family. Owner was very accommodating.

Great place!! The host Dean has thought of everything to make sure your stay is a wonderful one!! The house, outdoor lanai and pool/hot-tub are amazing!! We had a little problem figuring out how to adjust the pool and hot-tub temperatures but Dean called us within minutes to explain how it worked! We will definitely keep this on our list for future stays!! Thank you Dean!!

House was a 10. The layout was perfect for all seven of us, each bedroom set up felt like we had our own private space, two couples 3 young adults. Pool area was beautiful and very comfortable with plenty of seating. The sun was on the pool all day, with shade area under cover which was enjoyable to be outside. Also , home had everything you would need for your stay. I definitely would recommend this home and would stay there again. Only thing I would suggest is step by step instruction on how to use iPad for pool and hot tub.

Family time at Cape Coral
We had a wonderful time! The location was great and made it easy to get around and enjoy Cape Coral.
The pool and spa offered us a wonderful way to unwind as a family.
The owner was very quick to answer our questions and was very helpful.

Fantastic place to stay!!
The house was exactly as pictured! The back porch/lania area was AMAZING! We did spend a majority of our time relaxing out there! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, I just can't say enough positive things about the house! The owner was very responsive when he was needed, all around a wonderful place to stay!

This home was even better than I imagined! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. It had everything we could’ve needed and was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Dean was super easy to communicate with whenever we needed anything. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful outdoor space
We loved our stay at this vacation house. Our large group of 12 had plenty of comfortable lounge areas outside. The location was great, pool/hot tub equipment was easy to use and adjust, and Dean was a very responsive and accommodating host. The kids loved fishing off the dock!

Family vacation in cape coral
Wow! This property was beyond amazing!! Gorgeous outdoor area & pool & hot tub, beautiful & sparkling clean home with everything we needed, safe location close to everything & plenty of room for our party of 7 adults - we are THRILLED with our stay. Spring Training Baseball Trip
Great location to get to baseball games or beaches. Lots of food and entertainment in area. Group of 6 retired, life-long buddies enjoyed the patio for grilling dinner and socializing in screened lanai area. Thank you!

Absolutely great!
Cannot say enough about how perfect this home is. We were a large group that included adults, kids, and 2 1-year olds. This home worked great for our needs. It was a quick ride into the gulf on our boat. Quick response from Dean when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again or refer someone to stay here.

Family vacation
We stayed at this wonderful home for 10 days with our 3 adult children, their spouses/significant others, and 2 grandchildren. We had a fabulous time. The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and more. We spent so much time by the pool, hot tub, and outdoor area which was incredible. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Perfect for 3 couples
We travel often as 3 couples and this house provided an excellent experience. All bedrooms are far enough apart for privacy, have their own tv and bathroom, perfect! The very large heated pool and large heated hot tub were wonderful and relaxing. This house has a huge lanai compete with comfortable furniture and tv. Everything inside the house is updated and extremely clean. The house is exactly as the pictures show and is well stocked.

I have rented in Cape Coral several times in the past. Everything about this rental experience was excellent. Dean communicated well and when I had questions his responses were swift and helpful.We are already talking about staying in this home when we return to Cape Coral. Beautiful and well appointed home
This is by far the nicest vacation home we have ever rented. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and appears to be recently renovated inside and out. It was a perfect fit for our families. The outside living space is well thought out. We found it so relaxing. The dock is great and accommodated our waverunners. We loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed as was the entire house. Such a wonderful vacation!
