Welcome to our exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo located at Phoenix 7. Situated right on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, this beautiful retreat offers breathtaking views and a luxurious beachfront experience.

Step inside and be greeted by a spacious and elegantly furnished living area, designed to provide comfort and relaxation. The living room features plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that frame panoramic views of the turquoise waters and sandy beaches.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting modern appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for meal preparation. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet feast, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.

The master bedroom is a tranquil sanctuary, complete with a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and direct access to a private balcony that faces north. The two additional bedrooms are equally inviting, featuring king-sized, full sized bunk beds with twin beds on top, and share a spacious bathroom. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated and offers a serene space to unwind after a day of beach activities.

One of the highlights of this condo is its expansive Gulf-front balcony, where you can relax and soak up the sun, savor a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise, or enjoy a refreshing drink in the evening as you witness the spectacular colors of the sunset over the Gulf.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
