The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and ensuite with a walk-in shower, while the guest room offers a queen bed and TV. Boasting a sofa bed and 2 cots, there's ample sleeping space for everyone. Enjoy the living area, dine at the 6-seat table, and relax on the private balcony overlooking the pool. This beach retreat is fully equipped with WiFi, a convenient main-level powder room, washer/dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen, including both drip and k-cup coffee makers, for a comfortable home away from home experience.

We had such a wonderful, relaxing stay!

Wonderful Week Away!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. It is absolutely beautiful and the location is great. It is a super close walk to the beach and just a short drive to the adorable downtown area. We will absolutely be returning for another relaxing stay!

This condo is graciously appointed. Kitchen well-stocked with everything! Lots of beach chairs. Wonderfully decorated - even had cozy blankets for tv watching! Great location! And very responsive management. Would certainly rent this unit again!

The condo is in a perfect location - over looks the pool. Four min walk to the beach. Beach is extremely clean and not crowded! 10-15 min from sooo many great restaurants! Great communication! Very well appointed unit. We will be back! Thanks for a great vacation!!

507 Sailmaker Southern Comfort

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice, updated, and quiet. It's a very short walk to the beach and the pool is kept very clean (and yet I never saw a crew working on the pool). You will not be disappointed with this property.

Great stay!

This was an unbelievable time for our family. If there was a 6th star, I would have given it. Super easy access to the pool and only about 5 min walk or so to the beach. We had kids with us and it was a plus you didn't have to worry about crossing any traffic to get to the beach as well. The owners left an awesome guide in the room for food, activities, entertainment, etc. that allowed us to have a better idea of the island and the surroundings. The unit itself was very clean and updated with plenty of amenities. We have a lot of great memories from this vacation!

Construction Nightmare

Despite the close proximity to the lovely beach, our 2 week stay turned sour before we even left! The day before our travel Mock's Amelia Vacations (Prop Mgr) texted to say the HOA had contracted to have work done on the balcony and it would be blocked with no access. They said work would not be on our unit specifically, but would be done in the area. We asked if we could be moved to another unit and they said none were available. They offered a 20% discount or full refund. With multiple things in the works, including airline tickets, we couldn't cancel, so we opted for the discount. What a mistake. When we arrived on Sat. the patio door (the only natural light in the main area) was covered in thick plastic wrap. Every day in the unit was like a cloudy day in IL. I called the PM and left a msg to see if we could get the plastic removed. They did not return my call. On Monday morning the hammering and cement grinding started at 8:30 am and continued every day for 2 weeks, unless it rained. Sometimes they were on our patio, other times in nearby units but the noise level was unbearable. We made it very clear when we inquired about the high-speed internet that we would be WORKING from the unit. It was IMPOSSIBLE to be on calls with the construction noise - we even had to take some calls in the bathroom to get away from the noise - ridiculous. Mock's Amelia Vacations would not speak to me on the phone after calling twice (completely unprofessional) but got into an email spat with me instead, which culminated in them saying "feel free to leave anytime and we'll refund you". Really?? Where else were we going to go during spring break with no notice?? As work was being done on the 3 buildings around the pool, it was very unpleasant to be in the pool area. The unit itself was well stocked and furnished nicely. The master shower did not drain well (as evidenced by the many bottles of Drano in closet this was a known issue). The drain started to smell after a few days and by the end of 2 weeks it smelled awful on the 2nd floor. Needless to say we would never rent another property managed by Mock's Amelia Vacations. Amelia Island was beautiful but obviously our experience there was tainted by jackhammers, no view, and poor property management service.

507 Sailmaker Southern Comfort

The accommodations were Awesome! The condo was extremely clean, and very well decorated. We enjoyed everything the condo had to offer! If we visit Amelia Island again, we will definitely reserve this condo.

Family Beach Vacation

This was our second time staying at this lovely beach condo with our two teenage kids. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by how comfortable the beds are and by the beautiful view while relaxing on the veranda overlooking the pool with lush surrounding foliage. The beach is a short walk and that is where we spent most of our time - perfect. When crossing the dunes by elevated boardwalk be sure to look for the tortoises who live there! My husband and son enjoyed boogie boarding for hours. My daughter and I enjoyed sunbathing and shell hunting. We all loved sunrise and sunset walks on the beach.

Exceptional!

We loved our stay here. The condo was furnished beautifully and stocked with everything you could need for a week at the beach. The beds were all so comfortable! We loved the short walk to the beach and enjoyed seeing the gopher tortoises each day. The highlight was the location of the condo with the nearly private beaches. Mock's customer service was also outstanding. They were very quick to respond to my questions via email. Highly recommend this condo and we will be back!

Wonderful stay.

The condo was lovely, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. The beach was great, a 3 minute walk. Check in was smooth. We appreciated checking in a little early, as we were able to unpack and go for a short walk on the beach. An extra roll or two of toilet paper would have been nice. Overall, it was a lovely 4 days and we'd definitely like to do it again.

Great week at the beach

We had a great relaxing week at the beach. The unit was so well equipped. It had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed borrowing the beach gear- chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, frisbee, etc. the bedrooms were spacious. The complex was quiet and not crowded. The beach was a quick 3 minute walk between buildings, and the beach was pristine, natural, and not crowded at all. Enjoyed the owners binder of recommendations for restaurants and activities. Great week!
