★Pet Fee:
We understand that your furry companions are an integral part of your family, and we're thrilled to welcome them. For the comfort and well-being of both our human and animal guests, a non-refundable fee of 100 USD per pet is applicable per stay. This fee helps us maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our space, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone. Please inquire if you have more than 2 pets or if any of your pets are over 40 pounds. And yes, we provide pet food and water bowl and waste bags for FREE!

★Enhancing Safety:
Our Ring and Blink security cameras are strategically placed in common areas, such as the entryway and exterior (front yard, side gate, and backyard/pool area) of the property. The cameras are motion-activated and do not record continuously 24/7. They are in place to help ensure the safety and security of our guests, their belongings, and the property as a whole. Please note that there are no security cameras inside the house, as we fully respect your privacy.

We have a driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars depending on the size (No street parking)

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 9 p.m. - NO parties or events are allowed.

We provide two FREE propane tanks for the outdoor firepit and grill. We ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. Please no smoking inside the house.

★Pool Service: The pool can be heated and is serviced every Friday. This may occur during your stay. During the Fall and Winter season, the pool heater runs daily from 4 AM to 6 PM and the temperature is set to 85F. For any changes to the pool heater temperature or timing, please inquire. There is an additional pool heating charge of 50 USD per night. This is applicable only during the fall and winter months.

★Lawn and Landscaping Service: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. This may occur during your stay.

★Pest Control Service: The pest control service exterminates in and around the house on a monthly basis. This may occur during your stay.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

We request all guests disclose the number of people that will be on the property at any time to comply with local laws and VRBO policies. Fines up to 3000 USD for any damages or violating the house rules.
