Avoid this hotel
I found this hotel 2b substandard in mostly all aspects. The positives were... their one HC room was available and had a walkin shower , plentiful and cold ice from the third floor ice machine, easy to find, and staff tried to help but mosttimes lack of English blocked their efforts. The weaknesses included: parking lot full of large potholes, cigarette holes in bedding, filthy carpet that left the bottoms of my barefeet black, bugs like spiders, ants, fleas, etc present, no TV remote, missing light bulbs from lamps, arms of desk chair ends were chewed off, microwave had a burned door, no luggage stand available, windows glazed over to the point of limiting vision to see parking lot, walls and doors punched in, fire alarm went off at 1:18am one morning with no staff around for about 30 minutes and later I was told it was a false alarm. Other residents shouting and cursing and threatening each other across the hall. I informed the desk clerk and she was aware and yet didn't address the problem?!Sadly I cannot recommend this hotel at 60 a night plus a 24 vrbo fee and taxes making each night costing 80. No breakfast nor decaf coffee available. I would like a refund please.
