PARKING
There is parking for two vehicles on the drive, and potentially two in the garage. If you are bringing any sporting equipment there is lots of space in the garage for this.
ENTRY
As you step into our home you arrive in a large hallway with enough closet space for the whole family or group.
KITCHEN AND DINING
There is a huge family style kitchen with equally large dining area. Easily whip up light snacks or a hearty meal for the whole group. We leave a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for you to use during your stay. Within the kitchen there is a walk in pantry: there are two food superstores in Fernie, plus a local food store downtown.
LIVING ROOMS
There are two large longe spaces here. The first, is on the main floor with the kitchen and dining spaces. This has comfortable seating, TV, and log fireplace (please bring your own wood). The second living space is downstairs and has an electric fireplace, pool table, and large wall mounted TV.
DESK NOOK
On the main floor there is a small nook with desk and chair.
LAUNDRY ROOM
There is a large laundry room that you can use during your stay.
BEDROOMS
For your comfort, all of our beds are dressed in high thread count, hotel quality linens. Each of the rooms have closet and drawer space for all your belongings. There are two queen rooms and the primary suite on the main floor. The primary suite has a large ensuite with full bathroom and shower, plus a walk in closet. Downstairs, there is another queen bedroom and one more king bedroom.
BATHROOMS
All our bathrooms have hotel grade towels, locally made hand soap and bodywash/shampoo. On the main floor there is a shared bathroom with tub-shower combo, and downstairs there is another shared bathroom with tub-shower combo.
THEATRE (CINEMA) ROOM
Downstairs, there is a dedicated theatre/cinema room with 9 theatre chairs. so much fun! Checkout our listing photos.
OUTSIDE
In the garden, accessible from the lower level, there is a fire table that you can use during your stay. From the main lounge area you have access to the deck that looks out to trees. Currently, seating is not provided in either area.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
