Safety & Verification
• All guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, including ID and selfie uploads.
• Receive an online boarding pass with access instructions for added convenience.
Property Guidelines:
• For properties with grills and fire pits, guests are responsible for the propane tank. Firewood is not provided.
• Limited exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds (fees and photo required). Potty-trained dogs under 30 pounds allowed.
• Adhere to pet guidelines, including clean-up responsibilities; violation may result in eviction with no refund.
Long-term rentals (30 days or more) will require signing a residential rental agreement, renters’ insurance ($6.00 per mo.) and a $1,000 security deposit.

• 10% off of 7 days stay or more
• 20% off of 30 day stay or more
Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.
• Cancellations made within 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus the 4% credit card processing fee. A refund will not be given for in-stay cancellations for any remaining nights (with the exception of Airbnb)
