Great view and condo.

I had the privilege to stay for a week of relaxation and peace. The views, the staff, and the location are outstanding. The weather wasn't the best but I didn't mind. Looking at the ocean while inside or nothing at home. Which would you choose?

Beautiful condo and the condo and overall property are very clean. Great gym and pool too. The location is also perfect and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Booking, check-in and check-out were very easy.

Great location. Our rental was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Although, I wasn't anticipating such a high rise building with only one elevator operating.

Perfect Spot To…

Unwind, get away, do some fun shopping, eat a good meal, walk the beach and just rest!! My only complaint is that the glassware needed to be rewashed to remove lipstick and fingerprint marks. All in all that is a small bump in the road to an amazing vacation.

Beach is beautiful

Beach was lovely. We went over Fall break so it was pretty crowded. Pool wass freezing and too cold to use. People were kind and elevators were quick. Easy check in and out. Room could have been cleaner and the rooms were pretty small.

One Seagrove Place Unit 1204

Great communication from Scenic Stays. Use of the Be Home 247 app had a lot of great info from arrival to check out, as well as places to eat, shop, and activities. Important info was also sent through email. Very easy check-in and check-out processes. Property was constantly being cleaned in lobby and outdoor areas. People at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The condo was gorgeous - beautifully furnished with great appliances and extremely clean. Kitchen was stocked with every dish, utensils, small appliances, etc. needed to make you feel like you lived there. Loved the chairs and table on the balcony to sit out and take in the breath taking views. Easy access to beach. Renting chairs and umbrellas through Redfish Rentals was easy and convenient. Discount tickets offered through Scenic Stays great too!

Perfect Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was refreshed, beds were comfy, just a little small for 4 adults and a child. Bathrooms are tiny and the glass on the coffee table is chipped along the edges in multiple places which could easily cut someone. Check in was seamless, everyone we encountered was kind. Minimal wait on an elevator. We did feel like the floors could have been cleaner. Lots of sand throuhout still and a dirty pair of socks in master bedroom on the floor by the dresser were found upon arrival.
