The procedure is to park and find the registration form on the windshield in the morning; we will make that clearer in the arrival instructions. I'm sorry the beds felt too soft and that the main TV instructions were unclear — we will review mattress options and update the TV steps in the welcome guide. Finally, thank you for pointing out the access: the unit is a short staircase down from the parking area and we will clarify that in the listing so future guests aren’t surprised.
