Excellent house for a large family to enjoy. We absolutely LOVED the upper balcony and had our coffee out there for each sunrise. The view was magnificent. Loved the short walk to the beach and having a pool was a nice addition. The elevator really helped with the luggage and groceries!!

This property was clean, comfortable and had all the ammenties you would need. Right on the ocean , views were fanastic with easy beach access and lovely pool if you wanted a change. Recommend getting up for sunrises!We had a wonderful beach vacation here.

Wonderful family vacation!

The house was fantastic and we had plenty of room for our family. Our grandkids loved the pool and the beach was beautiful and just steps away. Great location.

Great Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. So close to the beach, a pool for our grandchildren to enjoy and endless ocean views. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again...maybe next year!

Montana family fun

It was heaven on earth! We had such a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and the pool was great. Great location! We didnt want to leave. Highly recommend and hope to do it all over again!

Needed Vacation

It was extremely relaxing. First ti.r at Carolina Beach. Felt this was the perfiect location. The home was welcoming and very pretty inside. All the amenities were there and easy tl use. Havi g a pool was fantastic plus for the whole family.

Family beach vacation

House was everything we hoped it to be & then some! Very comfortable home, beds were great, kitchen well equipped. Easy walk to the beach on a boardwalk deck, pool was so great to have for both the kids and adults. Nice covered patio and the upper balcony. Parking was great for a large van, a pickup truck and an SUV. Property manager was great to work with. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!!!

Girl’s Beach trip

We had a great stay. The house was clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the view from the porch and even dipped our toes in The swimming pool. It was still a little chilly. The location was very convenient to local restaurants and attractions.

Time well spent

We had a great time . It started out saying it was suppose to rain every day but didn’t . It was good to relax and slow down with the family and of course make some memories.

Great home

The place was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked and enough room for our family. The elevator was awesome for helping with luggage, beach stuff, groceries, etc. but a bit shaky with people inside. The pool had some cleanliness issues; however, the property manager was on top of it and quite responsive to our request and concerns.

Family Vacation

The home was more than advertised and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with all aspects of our stay. Only steps from the beach and a full size pool to use if we wanted. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for those nights we chose to stay in and cook. O issues with any part of our stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place on the beach!!

Great Place

House was beautiful and the bedrooms were awesome. Layout great. Hard to tell from the pictures but was great. Loved our stay. I never did a joint deck/pool but was fine. Neighbors were great and there for UNCW graduation as well. The grill did not work good. We went out and got new tank and still didn’t work good. Otherwise I’d definitely rent again

Kure or Carolina Beach 😊

The house worked great for 9 adults and 1 child. The room with bunk beds is small and you have to work to keep it cool. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and beach are very close. Carolina Beach doesn’t have sidewalks so getting around is a little uneasy. The house is in a busy area so restaurants are close.

“Perfect Week” @ Lullaby the Sea

Beautiful home that has everything you need. Clean and super well appointed. (we’re end of season renters & some properties reflect that but NOT this property.). Coffee every morning watching the sun come up, beach in the back yard and beautiful pool. Could not have been happier. Thx to Roger, our host, for easy check in. May have to be our new family beach week home. 10/10

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful oceanfront beach house that not only met but exceeded our expectations. The elevator in this 3 story house was a life saver as two in our party have mobility issues. The short walk and easy access to the beach as well was a must for our family. The pool access was an added plus!! The view from the top deck was amazing. I spent many hours soaking up the sites and sounds of the ocean. The property owner made the booking process a breeze. He was very responsive to any and all questions. I as well appreciated the fact he personally contacted me, via telephone and shared much need to know info about the house. Our family had a wonderful vacation with many memories made. We hope to return to the area and enjoy this beautiful house sometime in the future. Thank you once again Roger for being so responsive and helpful!

Best Christmas Ever (My familys' consensus)

The property was perfect! It was immaculate and stunning overall! The oceanfront view was breathtaking! My family arrived in waves from as far as DC and Florida. With every arrival there were new "oohhh's and ahhhh's". It truly made me proud to have chosen the property. The pictures don't at all do it justice. There was so much space for everyone that we all felt as though we had an ample amount of time together and apart. That in and of itself is a feat with that many people. Every possible amenity and utensil was there for us. The owners left no stone unturned. the property manager Mr. Hudson was so accommodating and nice to work with, start to finish. I have stayed in quite a few rentals from several of the online outlets over the years. This one makes the short list of top two with ease. We all wished we'd booked it for our summer family gathering. That is next on our agenda so that we will get to utilize the pool and swim in the ocean.

Our oasis at the beach!

My husband and I, our daughter and her husband, and our three grandkids- aged 14, 12, and 10, were able to carve out a common break from our busy lives. We chose this house because of the location on the beach, the shared pool with the adjacent unit, and the roomy exterior of the home. The beach house was exactly as we expected from the VRBO listing- clean, comfy, roomy, private for all; with beautiful beach access, and a wonderful pool. The house was generously stocked with a few days’ of necessities. There were ample towels , which we could launder as needed with the in-house washer and dryer. A huge benefit with a family of seven and a house on the beach!! And an option I would look for in future bookings. The setting was spectacular! There are two porches on the house- one at beach and pool level, and one from above the dune level, providing unobstructed views to the ocean!! The house was everything we hoped it would be- perfect for 7, private spaces for each group, large common kitchen, dining, and living room space….. all within steps across the boardwalk to the ocean. We loved the house, enjoyed our time, and will definitely consider this home for a future visit!! Our host, Roger, was kind, helpful, and accommodating. You could tell that his goal was for us to enjoy our time there! Such a wonderful asset!! This was our first experience with VRBO. And a good one, at that! We highly recommend this unit!!
