Refugio Racó del Conill - Your Comfortable Happy Space at La Cala de Villajoyosa

It's time to reconnect with yourself, with what inspires and makes you feel at home. A space full of greenery, harmony and simplicity, where you can rediscover yourself, share a dinner, a bottle of wine and cozy times with friends and family.

The apartment is divided into two sunny double bedrooms, with kingsize beds, covered with Nordic bedspreads, comfortable pillows, built-in closets and dual-function central air conditioning (Cold/Heat). Double en-suite bedroom with bath and shower. Spacious fully-equipped dining room with Wi-Fi, 48" Smart TV and direct access to the balcony, equipped with a large corner sofa to relax on while enjoying a glass of wine with Spanish charcuterie. Surrounded by exotic plants that inspire freshness and disconnection with views of the mountains, Benidorm, La Cala de Villajoyosa and Finestrat.

In addition, the apartment has a full bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and all the utensils you need for dinner, food or snacks with friends.

The space is also very quiet, ideal for stays with friends, family, couples or for Home Office guests, where you can share the moment without stress, sleep without noise and pleasant temperatures in summer and winter, since it is in an ideal location, between the Sea and the Mountain, with easy access on foot to the trail that will take you to the beautiful nudist beach known as Cala Racó del Conill.

Our facilities included a Spa with turkish bath, Jacuzzi and relaxing zone, Fitness room, Tennis court, Swimming pool and private parking space included. In the surrounding area, you will find different options of restaurants and bars, in walking distance from the apartment. If you enjoy good local gastronomy and quality, I'd highly recommend you to visit the Restaurant Puig Campana and its delicious Arroz Meloso con Bogavante; and Restaurant Peter with its delicous Courses in the afternoon. Both are located in front of the beach with beautiful sea views and quality.

Cities like Benidorm, Altea, Villajoyosa are located a few minutes by car or by public transport. Also, I'd like to mention that every Tuesday and Saturday there's the street market of la Cala de Villajoyosa that you can go for a visit or for a local breakfast with its traditional spanish olives, fresh fruits and vegetables and much more and it takes place right outside of the building which you can access using the secondary exit door.

Hi I'm Deivid, welcome to my cozy space!
I grew up in Brazil but have been living in Spain for the last 10 years. I decided to become a Host, after having incredible experiences as a guest using platforms such as Airbnb and Couch - Surfing. The last few years I spent such a great time during my studies in Clinical Psychology among north and Central Europe, especially in Vienna where I met the best Hosts that gave me a lot of motivation to start my own experience as a Host in Spain.

I have a strong passion for social relations and I believe that when we share part of our space for a time, we can share as well part of our own history, experiences and interests as our house is the half part of our personality.

I always liked to share my time and to meet new people, get to know their backgrounds and establish nice and meaningful contacts wherever I go and I can feel that, through the time when we're living abroad at someone else's place we share much more than just a stay, cause a house always comes with its own history, personality, energy and Art, that shows you much more about the person who lives in this place.

My place was used to be an Urbanjungle Apartment, as I'm such a plant enthusiastic. There was a time I had more than 100 different exotic plants distributed through my apartment and believe, all of them looked pretty nice.

Actually, I keep only a few of them in my flat, but I believe that even so, you will be able to feel the energy and to get the essence of who I am during your stay and I'd describe myself as calm, balanced, nature lover and a person who loves simplicity in modesty.

It's also nice to say that my place is not just a holidays house, but it's a Home of someone who want to share a little bit of his own world with guests.

I wish you a perfect stay at my place and I'm looking forward to welcome you!

I love walking around my neighborhood, cause in a way, it provides me a lot of balance between working, studying and having a good quality of living. As you can see, the nature for me is one of the most important things to have, so living right across the street from a nice protected space, with long trails through the mountains, nice coves with blue water and pine trees makes me feel completely connected to myself and to the environment.

As well as living only 850 meters away from the beach La Cala de Finestrat, gives you also a lot of opportunity to enjoy the local atmosphere, bars and to enjoy the great selection of restaurants and its exquisite mediterranean gastronomy. You can have all of this in this quiet neighborhood, without giving up of the bustle of the cities like Benidorm, which is located only a few minutes away by car or even in Walking distance.

My flat is unique because it offers a great and positive energy inside, which you can feel from the first time. It's location between mountains and sea, brings to you fresh air during all year long and good temperature which makes the right atmosphere to sleep.

Its facilities included a Spa with Jacuzzi and Turkish Bath, Gym, Tennis court, private parking space and Swimming pool, which makes it a cozy and relaxed space that gives you a lot of possibilities to decide in which way you want to spend your time.

its a place that gives you the opportunity to enjoy the big parties in Benidorm only a few minutes away, reach the best restaurants on the beach on walking distance, having a great Spa to relax yourself by taking the lift and even offers you nice views from Benidorm from the Balcony. It could be the right place for you if you like to have a balanced life just like I do, as I love to feel the energy and the atmosphere from city when I'm outside, but I enjoy a lot the silence and the well-being once I'm back home.

I'd say its a place not only to have a holidays abroad, but also to rediscover yourself, to relax, to take easy, to share with friends, to have a drink & to go Slow. I guess you know what I mean.

In fact, it's a place I always want to come back and I'm sure you will want to come back again too.
