Quiet, Clean, Helpful Staff

The condo was wonderfully clean and quiet -- what I was looking for! Pool was a 2-minute walk in the complex, and many other facilities available within the development for additional payments if you wish (golfing, wellness center, etc). I had a flurry of questions in the first day and both the owner and on-site staff were quickly responsive and helpful, both by email and in person. I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful and spotless

We Loved TAO and would highly recommend this apartment. We have been to the other properties at this resort and loved them all. They all have their nice little touches that make each one special. The TAO is definitely a step up. We bought all inclusive bracelets with the owner’s discount, which was great. The service the food at SIAN KAAN buffet which is the closest is the best and very well presented. The staff are amazing and treat you like royalty. If you are a beach person you would be better off staying at Tulum which however is less upscale then TAO and much less spacious. The efficient tram system makes the distance to the beach unimportant; unless you need an ocean view. Internet was free at TAO center (very fast and the closest to our apartment) and also at SIAN KAAN, but much slower. Certainly good enough to keep in touch with home. Buffet was very good.....we actually preferred it to the Maiko restaurant at SIAN KAAN. Alux was very good as well.There is a separate beach area with private bar for SIAN KAAN only, so we used it. The sand on the beach is outstanding with occasional rocks in the water so you may want to bring water shoes.There is a lot of surf and they have put in manmade rocks to help keep the waves down. Sian Ka'an has a private beach section with a full bar I heard that the service there was exceptional!

Loved our stay at Tao

We stayed for a month at Vitalie and Olga’s condo in Tao. We loved the peace, quiet and jungle surroundings. The owners were very responsive to all queries. The condo has good AC and a washer dryer. Many rent a car to stay at Tao; we chose not to rent a car and either took local transport or had groceries delivered.

Five star home away from home

bright, clean and spacious in a fantastic location. As it was part of the Baja Príncipe we were able to use their facilities. The wellness center was only a two minute walk away from our condo. Every morning at 8 AM we were able to start our morning with yoga and then meditation. The pools in the immediate area were lovely and only a two or three minute walk away. If you want to swim at one of the Hotels or in the ocean just go to the wellness center and a golf cart will take you to where you want to go. We had a car and spent a lot of the time visiting all the different some Cenotes, beaches and restaurants in the area. If you do not have a car you can catch a local bus going up or down the highway to either Playa del Carmen or Tulum or any place in between for just a few dollars. They have a property manager named Alegria who was excellent and responded to broken pipes immediately and also answered all her questions and gave us suggestions of places and things to do in the area. We would definitely go back. thank you Olga and Alegria

Amazing! Fabulous!

Beautiful place and the owner made sure that our stay was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at his place. The apartment is fully equipped for living and has some nice extras, like the fairly large patio for outside dining. It is bright, clean and spacious, even for four people. If you are looking for a tidy place, in a lovely and secure area that has pools, exotic vegetation, endless and inspiring trails, and putting green by the side, don't look further! We really enjoyed spending time there and will come back... The owner is very reliable and friendly. Communication with him was fantastic and his welcome letter contained all the instructions and more, which was very welcome for us newcomers! Thanks again and I will definitely stay there again...
