The Space:
Sea La Vie has been professionally decorated and is the ideal home for your next family beach vacation or corporate retreat. The main level consists of an open floor plan with a spacious living room, dining room, fully appointed kitchen with eat-in breakfast area, a half-bath, and a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The main level also features large private master suite. The master suite features a king-sized bed, large flat screen TV, and private bath. The master bath features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.
On the second floor you’ll discover two additional guest bedrooms, each having their own full-sized private baths. The second and third bedrooms each have a king bed. The third level features a large crow’s nest/sleeping loft with two sets of bunk beds and a separate twin sized bed. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. This beautiful home can comfortably sleep 11 in beds.
Other great features of Sea La Vie include 10-foot ceilings throughout, a tranquil screened patio with gas grill, second level balcony, and wireless internet.
This home comes with a golf cart for easy beach access. Must have drivers license to operate golf cart or it will be confiscated by the on-site security and fined $500.
HOA rules only allow 2 vehicles. Vehicles must park in the driveway of the home. If you have a third or 4th, there is a pay lot about a mile before Martinique on the north side of Ft Morgan Rd.

Martinique is a secluded beach side development and is about 20 minutes from the entertainment, dining, and shopping areas in Gulf Shores.
This home comes with a golf cart for easy beach access. Must have drivers license to operate golf cart or it will be confiscated by the on-site security and guest will be fined $500. Guest are responsible for ANY damage to cart.
Any vehicle not parked in the driveway (i.e.: along street, etc.) will be fined $50.
