This home is just minutes from several wineries and amazing restaurants, while a variety of popular attractions may be found close by including the Windmill Farm & Craft Market, Lakeside Country Club, Keuka Lake State Park, and the Finger Lakes National Forest, all within 30 miles of your door.

Set on 14 serene acres, this very inviting retreat features a great room with a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining area with a large table for mealtimes or game nights, and a living area with dual sofas and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Outside, sit on the furnished deck and enjoy the view or fire up your gas grill to spice up your home-cooked menu. The addition of a firepit offers a great spot for nighttime gatherings where you can roast s'mores, share stories, and watch stars fill the open sky.

This home also includes central air-conditioning for hot summer days and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
