Utah Olympic Park is just over two miles away and the Cabriolet Lift is just over three miles away. You can also leave the car parked at home and enjoy easy access to High Valley Transit bus services to/from the slopes and downtown Park City. A private side patio comes furnished with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area.
The bright and inviting interior is well-appointed for contemporary mountain living. An updated sofa, comfortable armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual family gatherings in the living room. All-new stainless steel appliances make it a breeze to prepare home-cooked meals. Morning coffee is also made easy with the Keurig coffee maker. All three bedrooms are located upstairs for privacy and separation from the household living areas. The primary bedroom includes access to a private en suite bathroom equipped with a jetted tub.
