The property is in a quiet neighborhood, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their stay.

We respect your privacy and have placed security cameras for security purposes only. These are located at the doorbell and outside the garage facing the driveway. There are two noise monitors, required by the city, one located in the living room and one in the backyard patio.

Additional house rules: No pets are allowed on the property. No smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors anywhere on the property, including the backyard, patio, and driveway. No parties or events of any kind are permitted. Violations of any of the above rules will result in a $300 fee per violation. No parking or driving on the lawn. Maximum of 3 vehicles permitted. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for our home!

Routine Exterior Maintenance Notice
This property has regular exterior maintenance visits as part of normal upkeep. Scheduled service includes:

* Pool service: every Tuesday and Friday, typically between 7 am and 12 pm
* Landscaping/yard service: every other Tuesday, typically between 8 am and 5 pm

Please note: these are typical windows only - vendor arrival times are subject to change without notice due to scheduling, weather, or other factors outside our control.

These visits are exterior-only, and vendors do not enter the home. By checking in, you acknowledge and agree to these scheduled visits during your stay, including possible timing changes.
