We loved it, so close to the beach. I have health problems and no stairs was awesome. I would love to stay here again.

The property was comfortable and clean. Very cute decor. There were spider webs however.We needed salt and pepper, also creamer for the coffee. However I would recommend your property to anyone.

Clean and close to beach!

The property was clean and within walking distance to the beach. The chairs and umbrellas were nice to use and the rec room was enjoyable for all.

Clean and Complete

This was the perfect location and the condo was spacious, clean beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cute cottage- great location!

My hubby and I came up from Florida and met my folks from SC. Comfy beds, spacious bath for us and all the comforts of home. Super-easy walk to ice cream and breakfast. Easy drive to the pier and into Savannah. Great stay!

Property was listed that it had laundry on site but it was miss labeled there was no washer and dryer. The driveway had ankle high grass in it and around the property was not well kept.I killed 4 spiders in the inside the house. There was old makeup under the bed.

The host was amazing allowing us to check in a day earlier with no issues. I have no complaints as the peice was fair and the location was great!

Great stay in Tybee

We chose this property based on closeness to Tybee Post Theater for a concert we were attending. This downstairs unit was excellent, super clean and well decorated and comfortable, perfect for our needs. Only downside was the upstairs rental and their heavy footsteps above us but this was very minor. Super close to the brewery and several restaurants. Just a great unit and very comfortable.

A very comfortable and convenient stay

We found the property to be very clean and well maintained. It is a very short walk to the beach, which was beautiful and not crowded considering it was peak summer. Our small children loved the enclosed rec room. There was a good assortment of starter items available. The only very minor issue we had (coffee pot was broken by a previous guest) was dealt with very quickly and communication was polite and prompt. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place but noisy

This place is in a great location and really cute inside. It was very easy to get to the beach and the out door shower made it easy to clean off. With people above us it was soooo noisy you could hear every word almost they said and the people walking around. The neighbors above us were great tho and i don't feel they were being loud there just isnt really a sound barrier between the floors. The condo itself fits 4 very comfortably and is decorated cute. The kids loved the ping pong table!

Ok stay

House was tidy and accommodating. Had almost all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Modern set up and well decorated. Great overall. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The only downside was that the bikes were rusted and dry rotted, so we couldn’t use them. The blow dryer was broken as was the Kuerig we bought pods for. So we had to buy filters for the pot. The walls are also super thin we could hear everything from the people staying above us. One of the two beds Seemed to be broken as well.

Lindsey, Small apartments are very often difficult to mask noise from neighbors. The bikes in rec area are NOT listed as an amenity because they are older. There is a bike rental company less than a block away. If you had told us that the blow dryer or Kuerig were not working, we would have replaced the blow dryer. We have since tossed the Keurig and will no longer provide 2 coffee makers. Only one, the traditional drip maker. We have replaced the blow dryer. The bed in question was not broken. The 5th leg is not necessary on a queen size bed.

It's not right on the beach, but the beach is less than a block away. I liked the outside shower so we didn't track sand in the home. The rec room was terrific. My teen actually got off of his phone and played many games of ping pong with me. I appreciated having the beach equipment available. The inside was coastal and cozy. I loved how it was decorated! My only complaints are one of the beds was broken and was sinking in the middle when we laid in it. I contacted the owner, and they responded very quickly, but there was nothing to be done about it until after our checkout. Also, the guests staying in the other unit had kids who stomped around upstairs, we could hear what sounded like a washer and dryer on the other side, and we could hear their conversations. Fortunately they did respect quiet hours from 10 PM-6 AM!

I loved the inside decor and the cleanliness and the upgrades. The only drawback was the sofa mattress. My son slept on it, and it made the worst noises every time he turned then on the last night some people came in on the top floor and they talked outside for about an hour and a half on the outside of their Balcony and we could hear they kept us up with their whole conversation through that bottom door and I don’t even think that’s an outside door. It looks like a regular interior door so there might need to be something placed around that door or if it’s not an outside door probably need to change it to an outside door. It is the door that goes out from the living room onto actually the ground really but they sat at right there at that particular part of it Because we could hear their whole conversation in the middle of the night but other than that. it was great
