Suite 4, Quick Walk to Downtown Black Mountain

Welcome to Black Mountain Lodge, a five-unit property where each apartment has its own private entrance. Unit 4 is reached by climbing a few steps to the front porch, then taking an interior stairway upstairs.

At 704 square feet, Unit 4 is the largest apartment in the building. The spacious bedroom and living area feature hardwood floors and plenty of room to relax and unwind.

The queen-size bed comfortably sleeps up to two guests. Please note that this is the only sleeping space; there is no sleeper sofa, and fire regulations do not allow cots or air mattresses on the floor.

A well-stocked kitchen, including a drip coffee maker, sits a couple of steps down from the living area. Its high ceilings and slightly separate setting give the space an open, inviting feel.

Through a nearby doorway, you’ll find the private bathroom and laundry room.

A smart TV is also available, so you can sign in to your favorite streaming subscriptions.

Pets are welcome. If you bring one, please be considerate of the other guests in the building. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times and be crated if left alone. Please do not bring a dog that will bark while you are away. Thank you for helping us keep the property comfortable for everyone.

For everyone’s comfort, this is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside or outside the property.

Please note that we do not have a front desk or concierge, so your stay will require a little self-sufficiency. We’re happy to help with questions or concerns during reasonable hours, but we are not a corporation and do not have staff available 24 hours a day.

Self check-in is available anytime after 4:00 p.m. You may check out anytime before 10:00 a.m. on your departure day.

This is a very old home with gas furnaces for heat and window air-conditioning units. Because it is a shared building, you may occasionally hear neighboring guests. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another.
