Guest Access:

🔑 The whole place is yours — every room of the house, the game room, the backyard, the pool and the hot tub. Nothing is off-limits and nothing is shared.



🚗 The driveway fits 3 cars, with free street parking available as well.



📹 Exterior security cameras (front yard, back yard, side yard) are on the premises for everyone's safety. There are no cameras inside the home.



The Neighborhood:

📍 A quiet, safe residential street — minutes from everything Southern California is famous for.



🎢 Disneyland — 7 min drive

🎡 Knott's Berry Farm — 15 min

🎬 Universal Studios — 30 min

🏖️ The beach — 25 min



🛍️ A large shopping center sits about half a mile away on the other side of Katella Ave, with restaurants, groceries and convenience stores all close by.



🚙 3 cars fit in the driveway, plus street parking. Street sweeping is Thursday afternoon.



Getting Around:

🚌 Bus: OCTA Route 50 runs straight to Disneyland Park — the terminal on Katella Ave is about one block away.



🚕 Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are the easiest way to the theme parks — quick and inexpensive.



🚗 Car: Driveway parking for 3 cars, plus free street parking out front.



🚶 On foot: A big shopping center is about 0.5 mile away across Katella Ave.

Enforced by the County of Orange, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Outdoor music and activities are not allowed after 10 PM.

Before check-in, guests provide additional information and a photo ID for identity verification.



🚭 No Smoking



Smoking of any kind — tobacco, vaping, marijuana or other drugs — is strictly prohibited inside the home and game room at all times.



👥 Occupancy



Maximum 13 guests; infants under 2 are not counted toward the headcount

The daily rate covers 8 guests; $30 per guest per night beyond that

No additional visitors without host approval

The hot tub is always on at no additional charge. In winter we strongly recommend hot tub only, for energy conservation.



📹 Security



Exterior cameras in the front, back and side yards notify us 24/7 and footage is recorded. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized parties, illegal behavior and unregistered guests.



🚫 No Commercial Activity



No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on the property, keeping a residential atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.



📄 Liability



Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses occurring on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from inviting others to use the premises.



Interaction with Guests:

🔑 Keyless check-in, any time — your door code is sent on the day of arrival.

This property exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled to find a rental with so many king sized beds and a room that met the needs of my son and his family. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The pool was the highlight for everyone. We travelled with 8 people, aged 8 months to 76 years and everyone was happy with the home. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Eight people spanning eight months to seventy-six years is about as wide a range as one house has to cover, and the king beds are a large part of why this one manages it. Good to hear the kitchen held up for a group that size, because cooking for eight is where a thin kitchen shows itself fast. The pool tends to be where everyone lands at the end of a long day, so it is no surprise it was the highlight. We would be glad to have the whole group back.

My big extended family had a wonderful time at this villa near Disneyland and the beaches! Loved the game room off the main house. The pool was amazingly large! 6 adults, 3 kids, 4 dogs and countless memories! Thanks for sharing this hidden gem.

Very convenient to Garden Grove

Well situated near Garden Grove. My group enjoyed the stay. The hot tub definitely helped after long days of training. Very close to the Vietnamese town and Korean town! Would stay again.

The house was nice with plenty to do for our teen daughters. This was a perfect spot for our vacation.. the kitchen was stocked with the necessary supplies and the beds were very comfortable

Convenient and Clean

Conveniently located for our business conference this property was updated, clean and modern in its amenities. The only thing I would improve is additional HVAC in the back of the house. There's only one unit for the entire house and it's a mini-split. That's the only thing holding this property back from 5 stars.

House accommodated our family size well (5 kids, 2 adults). Enjoyed the garage hang out space and outdoor grill. Pool did not feel heated though we paid the fee. Hot tub wouldn’t go above 98 and with conversations with the host we couldn’t manage to change the settings. That was a real bummer. Not enough seating in the house to hang out. Only one small couch. Cleanliness was mediocre. We washed all the towels ourselves as they didn’t feel clean when we arrived. We also found a few Easter eggs around which made us question how clean things were… Sheets didn’t stay on bed well and felt really cheap. Did appreciate the extra blankets around the house. Not nearly enough pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Washing machine smelled horrendous (front loader that’s not airing out properly). I actually tried cleaning out the rubber piece in the front with 0 success. Rooms with ac units got nice and chilly, loved that! Appreciated the little toys in the bunkhouse for our kids to play with. Host allowed us to stay longer for 200 late check out fee. Convenient location to Disneyland.
