To clarify: • The listing accurately states that this is not a waterfront property. While it’s located conveniently near the Hyannis ferry and Main Street, nowhere in the listing do we advertise it as being on the water or having a patio, deck, or balcony. • The bed configuration is clearly explained in the listing description, including the number and type of beds. We also make every effort to respond to any inquiries prior to arrival to ensure guests have accurate expectations. • The property was professionally cleaned prior to your stay and is a newly remodeled home. Most guests have complimented the cleanliness and modern finishes. • Regarding linens and towels, the home is stocked according to standard vacation rental protocol. If anything was missing or insufficient, we encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address it—however, we were not made aware of any towel or pillow concerns until this review. • The furniture and dining setup are also clearly shown in the photos and described in the listing. Again, it appears expectations were based more on assumptions than the actual listing.
