Opholdsstue har et skrivebord til computerbrug, sovesofa i queensize-seng, underholdningscenter i tre dele. med fladskærms-tv, dvd og stereos. Stort dæk med gasgrill og picnicbord, der går ud til en af pools og laguner. Komplet køkken med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Master soveværelse har kingsize-seng, fladskærms-tv og stereoanlæg, renoveret master badeværelse med to personers marmor walk in shower med glasdøre. Andet soveværelse har to dobbeltsenge og tv.

Vores kompleks har to puljer, flere laguner med springvand, privat strand gå ud til havet med cabana (toiletter) for din bekvemmelighed. Cykelstier og leje er direkte foran komplekset. Gå til shopping, golf, tennis og restauranter. Også et par miles fra fyr og marinaer. Noget for enhver smag. Fantastisk sted til familieferier !!

We had a lovely stay at Sea Scape villas. The location was great, just a 10 minute walk to the beach, having the beachside restrooms was awesome!!

Excellent Stay

My family and I had a wonderful first visit to Hilton Head and a pleasant stay at this cozy condo. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and helped round out such a great trip. Very close to the beach and within walking distance to some great shops/food. Also, conveniently located to other areas of the island, including Sea Pines. We would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a getaway to HHI.

Roomy Condo Close to Beach

Great stay

Great property in wonderful location. Plenty of room for our family if 4. Proximity to beach was great, just a short walk. Pool outside of the back porch was very convenient. Would come back again!

Great Villa Near the Beach and Pool!

My family and I enjoyed our time here, the unit was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6. We loved being able to hop off the deck and jump into the pool, and the dedicated path to the beach was clutch! We had a great time and would recommend this unit for anyone looking to enjoy a trip to Hilton Head!

Amazing!

The condo was a good size for us and our two kids (6 &12). The kitchen is on the small side, but we didn’t cook much so it was fine for us. Great location and the owners are friendly and easy to work with. Would stay here again!

Cozy Condo Close to Beach

Location was great. Close to everything and short walk to beach. Condo was clean and well equipped but a bit outdated. Definitely better than staying in a hotel. Nice deck with view of lagoon. Keyless entry was convenient.

A wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and it was as pictured on site. The large outdoor space with grill was a nice bonus to our stay. It was nice to have a wagon to carry items to beach. The owner was very responsive when contacted. I only gave a 3 on cleanliness.

Happy Guests

The cleaners were still there when we arrived at 4pm. They finished up in 15 minutes and apologized for the delay. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being so close to the pool, having the grill. and the nice deck. Everything was as it was discribed. We had a great time.

Wonderful stay

My family and I spontaneously arranged to meet as we needed to gather in support of each other after grieving some losses. It was the perfect retreat and lifted our spirits with the cheerful seaside decor, delightful view onto the pool area and superb cleanliness. The proximity to the beach was perfect and we loaded up their beach buggy with their beach chairs to enjoy the sunshine on the lovely sandy beach. We enjoyed the Tiki Hut within walking distance for live music and dancing outside on sand and ate delicious dinners at Hudson’s, Salty Dog and Reilly’s. It was the perfect long weekend.

Very Comfortable and cute

The Condo was very comfortable and we had several guests come and go with us. We even had some teenagers that fit into the space. Lots of dishes and cooking utensils. Kitchen is small but very user friendly. The only down side was that the pool is not heated so we were never able to use it. To cold in March.

Good location and great price

The positives are that this property is close to the beach and pool, offers beach equipment with the rental, and is close to the bike paths. It's also very affordable and the host is very responsive and helpful. The downfalls are that the upkeep and cleaning on the property are subpar. We found dirty dishes in the cabinet (likely because of the older dishwasher) and lots of dust bunnies around the house. But, at the price point, you get what you pay for.

Take some time for a little more cleaning!

Location was great, my only complaint would be the unit was not that clean. My husband and I took about 45 minutes to wipe down the kitchen cabinets which were sticky and very dusty. Through out the house, stairway, base boards extremely dusty, could use a fresh paint job. We would stay again but hopefully next time it would be a little more kept up with the cleanliness!

Two Winter Weeks in Hilton Head

The unit's location is wonderful, with easy access to the beach. The rooms are all of good size and the king size bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. Renters should be aware that both bathrooms are on the second floor. The master bath's sink should be updated and the blue mats in both bathrooms need to be replaced. However the water pressure was wonderful. The kitchen had a musty smell and the blinds, as well as the wall decorations had a significant layer of dust. We rented for two weeks...there was only a used dish sponge, one roll of paper towels, and one washer detergent. The outside deck was a great size and the grill worked perfectly. These are all minor adjustments and can be easily corrected.

Awesome little condo

This was our first trip to Hilton Head , SC. We had an absolutely great week. The condo was a perfect addition to our fun! It’s in a nice location. You do have to take a short walk through the parking lots to the front entrance to get to the private walkway to the beach. But it’s really quick and just a short walk. Plus, it’s a beautiful place for a walk or bike ride. It’s just around the corner from the Coligny Shopping Center and restaurants, which is a great little place to visit, eat, and shop. Everything on the island is fairly close. This condo is in a perfect location to visit all the fun places. The condo is older but very comfortable. I loved everything about it!! It is very well stocked! And a great view from the balcony overlooking the pool! It’s beautiful! Sandy was awesome with any questions I had and very welcoming! I will look for her again next year for our vacay! Thanks Sandy and VRBO for making this an easy booking and helping us make our trip wonderful!

Just don’t book it.

Dirty and owners are horrible to work with. We asked for a refund after we checked in due to condition of place. We have a daughter with health conditions and felt it was not safe for her to stay. (Everything was sticky, dirty dishes, mouse droppings, drawers filthy, and dishwasher was disgusting/not working) Conversation over phone got heated quickly when we said we didn’t think a cleaning crew coming over would help or change our minds about staying. We were told to “get outta there!” We left quickly with our two daughters with no where to stay. Bad night for our whole family. Luckily another rental company assisted us and we found a place late that night. No refund from owners because they said we “checked out early.” Didn’t want to leave a bad review- but don’t want another family to drive 10 hours like we did, have kids so excited and then have this happen. Awful!!!!

Cozy condo near pool and a 10 minute walk from beach.Coligny walk was very beautiful and about 25 minutes. We loved the tropical walkways and water features. An Unforgettable Beach Getaway!From the moment we arrived, this beach rental completely exceeded our expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect “beach charm” that immediately put us in vacation mode. Every detail felt so thoughtful, from the kitchen and comfy beds to the beach chairs and umbrellas ready for us to use.The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the sand and pool. The host was responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. This rental gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. We will absolutely be booking again. If you’re looking for the perfect beach stay, this is it!

This condo was good for a girls weekend at the beach. The location was walking distance to the beach and has bathrooms nearby which was nice. We also appreciated that there were beach chairs supplied at the condo. The condo itself is very cute and has a lot of potential. However it could use a deep clean and a little extra care.

Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and as advertised. We loved the easy access to the pool from the deck. The deck is shaded in the afternoon which made it a great place to hangout after a day on the beach! The walk to the beach was very easy (about 10-15 minutes). Having a bathroom close by the beach was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The beds were comfortable. Our host Sandy was very helpful with any questions. Her response time was very quick if we needed anything!

Great Beach Vacation

We conducted a search for this condominium to find accommodation near the beach and in proximity to numerous shops. This location suits a small family such as mine, and the kitchen provides an ideal space for cooking without interference from others. The house offered ample space in every area. The master bedroom features an exceptional shower, complemented by a bed equipped with airflow from the fan, which fosters a delightful cool ambiance. The master bedroom lacks cable; however, you may connect if you possess streaming services. The children appreciated the proximity of the pool. The sink became clogged, and the owner promptly arranged for its replacement. The technician who conducted the repair displayed an admirable attitude and proactively resolved further issues within the condominium during our visit, guaranteeing a smooth experience. We observed an alligator resting on the banks near our condominium, which delighted my children immensely. The sole drawback involves the necessity of ascending the stairs to access the restroom; however, it was manageable. This condominium ranks among my most favored rentals. Finding parking at night becomes challenging after all individuals return home. The establishment offers a tidy and pleasant environment for guests.

We fell in love with Hilton Head way back in the early 90's and purchased our first property many years ago. Since then, we have had several properties and love coming to the island. We try and come as often as we can. Many things have changed on the island over the years but the beauty and uniqueness have remained the same. We strive to keep our properties update and comfortable for all of our guests to enjoy.

Seascape Villa's offers two pools nestled in a area of lush tree's and Palm Tree's overlooking several lagoons . I enjoy walking the winding paths thru the property over bridges and walk ways over the lagoons. We are a short walk to the beach down a private beach walk that offers a private cabana (restrooms) for Seascape owners and guest. We have the bike path directly in front of our complex. Walk or ride bikes down the beach or bike paths just blocks to Coligny Plaza to enjoy the many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Enjoy the new Lowcountry Celebration Park for summer events.

Hilton Head has plenty of entertainment to keep the whole family entertained, but has keep the small town charm that makes you keep coming back.
