Right on the beach, nice clean property and the hosts are very attentive to any needs. Only drawback is the parking is really tight

It was a great location. The house was clean and had amazing views of the beach. It was very easy to access the beach from the house and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to park so close to the unit with covered parking. I would definitely stay there again.

Construction

We didn’t know at the time of booking but, the property was undergoing maintenance. The property manager did a great job of communicating the situation and offering rebates for our accommodation. The only complaint I had was the construction crews began work earlier than what we were told they would.

hard hat construction zone

I was contacted the day before checking in to say that the management company had just become aware that the HOA was having the house painted and the could relocate us so that we wouldn't be inconvenienced by their set up. we booked this place 3 months before and they were contacting us 24 hrs in advance so the 2 places they offered to moe us to, were not comparable for the reasons we chose the place we did. so we chose to stay where we originally booked. when we got to the condo, there were trucks, cranes, cherry pickers, dumpsters and scaffolding all blocking the driveway, stairs, parking and balconies. this was a full on hard hat construction zone - demo-ing and replacing entire parts of the building and siding and the construction crew (who were extremely nice) said they had been at it for 3 WEEKS. this was NOT painting. there is NO WAY that perdido realty didn't know this was happening and they chose to wait until 24 hours before to tell us. this is entirely unacceptable!!! I have pictures of everything

We understand that last-minute changes are frustrating when you have a vacation planned, unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the communications and timelines of the HOA that manages the building maintenance. We were informed that the work in your building was completed ahead of your planned stay, when we found out that was not true due to additional critical work added to the project we reached out immediately to recommend a change of location covered by us. Sadly that timeline for you was only 24 hours ahead of your arrival. We understand that you liked the unit you chose and that we could only offer you the units still available during your stay dates, which may have varied slightly from your preferences. We would never intentionally create an opportunity to disappoint a guest, and we apologize that you had to experience the disruption of the emergency construction needed for the property. -Perdido Realty Vacations
