On the Gulf of Mexico-directly on the beach! There are only 6 homes in The Dory, so there are no issues with crowds on the beach. The space is quiet and serene with easy access to the home and beach! The entire townhome is solely your place to stay for a great beach getaway!

This is an amazing Gulf front property that you and your family will enjoy returning to for many years to come!! It runs parallel to the Gulf so you can sit on either of the two balconies and look directly out to the beautiful blue Gulf of Mexico and the white quartz sand. It's located in the heart of Perdido Key. This is a beautifully constructed 6 Unit Townhome on the Gulf with amazing views. The unit is custom decorated with nice furnishings and flat screens in every room too You will enjoy all the great features of this gulf front townhome. It's easy to access with your personal garage and walk-in entry. There's plenty of room for your family; there are 3 bedrooms with multiple sleeping configurations that will accommodate up to 11 people.

This is a 3 bedroom and 2 1/4 bath with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Parking includes 2 spaces outside and a private garage large enough for a sedan. The property is located close to NAS and Corry Field as well.

Great location. Unit was clean and kitchen had everything needed. We had some minor issues and the management company was fantastic—quick response and follow up that all was good. Walk out the door to the beach. We had a great stay!

Perfect for Family Vacay

We had a great time with family at this property! We all live in different areas so it was great getting to come and stay on the beach as a family. The townhouse was nice - grateful it had a baby gate for the stairs and we really enjoyed the area. Perfect location!! We would love to come back next year! Also, the guys loved the golf course - thanks for the coupon!!

Great Stay

This is the second time we have stayed in the Dory units. Both condos were clean, comfortable and well equipped. We love the the view of the beach and easy access to the beach.

Although the view of the beach from the downstairs patio was obstructed by sand hills and weeds, we were easily able to walk over the hump and go straight to the water. The kids had a lot of fun. The house was spacious and clean. Wish we had more beach chairs and umbrellas, kid toys but we just went down to the store across the street to buy some, no biggie, just come prepared with those. I'd recommend this place because it was private, silent, and well-maintained property. I'd stay here again if we ever visit Perdido Key in the future. Management was quick in responding to small details and observations. No issues.

Great place to stay, short walk to the beach and looked just as the pictures show. Great for a family. We loved our week there and just a short drive to everything you need. Quiet area out of the way from all the craziness. Would definitely stay again.

Family Getaway

My wife and I have stayed here a number of times with friends. But this year we brought the family. We have 3 grand daughters that love the beach. This property is ideal for the beachgoer. We enjoyed being all together. Thanks for having us.

It was a fun stay

This is a beautiful clean townhouse and well provided kitchen. The view from the property is beautiful and the beach was clean and not super busy and like the fact that it was a private beach for the townhouse. It is a perfect place to vacation with the kids. The only downside is we were short on some comforters but otherwise it was a great stay .

Great stay

Overall a great place and location. The beach was not very crowded and we had plenty of space without having to fight for a spot close to the water. The place was clean when we arrived and everything was as described on the site. There were a number of beach items under the stairs for our use.

Perfection!

Beautiful place, very clean, amazing views from the balconies. Great place to visit my son and his friends while he is at the navy air base. Such a relaxing home with a well appointed kitchen so we could all enjoy a home cooked meal and watch some football.

Great place to unwind and get away. Private beach without the crowds. Property manager responded quickly and provided an outdoor hose for washing off sand. Will definitely return.

Great stay at The Dory

We really enjoyed our stay at The Dory. Super clean, had everything we needed, and we loved being right on the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the things you might need. That hasn’t been the case in other places we have stayed. I do wish there was a space for pantry type food but we made it work. We will be back for sure.

Fun and peaceful

We loved the overall privacy compared to other areas. The townhouse was beautiful and was the perfect size for myself, husband and our 4 kids. We had everything we needed plus more. So accommodating to all our needs. We will definitely be staying at the Dory again! The location was also perfect and near some amazing places to eat and things to do as a family.

Close to Base

We traveled to Pensacola to visit our Navy son who is in A school at Cory Station over Thanksgiving. Perdido Key is close to base, had great views and beach access. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was more than adequate to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Cable tv provided great game day coverage and we enjoyed our stay here.

The condo and private beach were a joy. The condo has what we needed to cook and play It’s time to upgrade a few things but we were comfortable It’s easy access to anything you want to do Be aware the 2 sets of stairs are steep and should be considered when booking

Memorial Day Weekend fun!

Loved the private beach, the beach chairs, and the location. Enjoyed the quietness of the beach and the location of local shops and even Walmart and Target. The pull out couches didn’t have any sheets available-that was an issue since we are a family of 10 and used all the couches. We were given 4 rolls of toilet paper for a stay of 6 days with 10 people. Overall we would stay again!

Overall stay was great! As far as bedroom layouts, storage capacity, the master was great, however the other two bedrooms lack in storage space for a weeks worth of luggage. Additional dressers would be really beneficial. :) But again, the overall stay was great!

Vacation at the Dory 2024

property turned out great. we have stayed at another property in Perdido Key the last several years. check in was smooth. and the best thing was offer to check in early on Saturday. that gave us the whole day Saturday to enjoy the beach. the unit also had chairs and umbrellas available on ground floor that we could use. was a real plus+ ! this unit conveniently located to access all of Perdido Key. We will likely book it again for next year. Highly recommend this place.

Just amazing

This was our first time staying at The Dory in Perdido Key. It was everything described in the property details. Sometimes pictures don't match the descriptions however this one did the job. Great location, only downside was climbing over the dunes (I knew this would be an issue after reading other reviews...still knowing that I would definitely stay here again). The Dory was the perfect getaway that our family needed.

Very nice property and literally on the beach -simply walk out the door.

Unit was clean and exactly as represented. Surprisingly quiet - never heard any neighbors or highway traffic on the non beach side. Nice grocery and restaurants within a short drive. Had plenty of room and privacy for my husband and me and our two adult daughters. Since we were there over Memorial Day weekend, was surprised how uncrowded this beach part of the Pensacola area was. Would recommend it to family and friends. Lynda Zimmerman
